Abstract

A device (1.1) for the radiation of scalp hair (2) using infrared radiation (10.3), wherein the infrared radiation (10.3) is generated by at least one linear-shaped infrared lamp (3.1) with a reflector system (4). In a first exemplary embodiment, a first reflector (6.1) is allocated to the infrared lamp (3.1) on the longitudinal side, wherein the infrared lamp (3.1) basically forms an optical collection line of the first reflector (6.1). The first reflector (6.1) with a first reflection side (9.1) and a second reflector (6.2) with a second reflection side (9.2) are placed facing each other, wherein the infrared lamp (3.1) is enclosed by the first and the second reflector (6.1, 6.2), by at least 360° altogether. There is a third reflector (6.3) arranged with a third reflection side (9.3), wherein a first infrared radiation output (10.1) of the first reflection side (9.1) impacts the second reflection side (9.2), wherein a second infrared radiation output (10.2) of the second reflection side (9.2) impacts the third reflection side (9.3), and wherein a third infrared radiation output (10.3) of the third reflection side (9.3) radiates the scalp hair (2).

Abstract

Device 3.2 with an automatic switch-off mechanism and a steam hood 4 for the steam treatment of the scalp hair 1 of a person 2. A sensor 7 for the recording of the ammonia emission values Vx1...Vxn is located inside the steam hood 4. The ammonia sensor 7 is connected with a measurement unit 8 for measurement of the ammonia emission values Vx1...Vxn, wherein the measurement unit 8 is connected with a control unit 6. The device 3.2 or, respectively, the steam hood 4 has an extraction unit 5 that is controllable by the control unit 6 and extracts the ambient air in the neighborhood of an (upper) forehead region (A) or an eye/nose region (B) of person (2). At the start to of the steam treatment the extraction unit 5 is automatically activated by the control unit 6. By convergence with or undershooting of a pre-set ammonia emission value V1 the extraction unit 5 is deactivated automatically. Preferably an electric fan 10 that is simple to control (in on/off function and fan performance) and is very cost-effective (Fig. 5) is used as extraction unit 5, which can be arranged compactly inside or on the steam hood 4.

Abstract

A holding clamp 1 for a curler 2 to hold a strand of hair 3 rolled up on the curler 2, wherein the clamp 1 has an elastic spring hook 6, 7 at each of the two ends 4, 5, and both of the hooks, each having an edge 8, 9, can be snapped in at both ends 10, 11 of the curler 2. The holding clamp 1 has a pressure spring device 12 between both hooks 6, 7; the pressure spring device induces a spring force F to at least a portion of a jacket area 13 of the curler 2. At least one injection molded leaf spring 14 is provided as a pressure spring device 12. In doing so, the leaf spring 14 is distorted so that it can be placed at the contours of the jacket area 13 with a gentle amount of pressure thus preventing the distortion of the rolled up strand of hair 3.
