Abstract
Disclosed in the present application are a fire grate, a burner and a gas water heater. The fire grate comprises a single fire-grate body, a support base and a burning panel. In the technical solution of the present application, the original structure of a top burning panel provided with fire holes is changed to a structure of forming the burning panel using a plurality of layers of metal meshes. By means of such an arrangement, the intensity of gas pressure in the fire grate can be reduced, thereby reducing the heat intensity per unit of area of the burning panel. In addition, by means of the burning panel in the form of multiple layers of metal meshes, the fire hole area of a fire outlet of the fire grate is increased, such that after coming out of the burning panel, a gas flow, which is preliminarily mixed, is further mixed with air at the burning panel to form a sufficiently mixed gas; and finally, a stable and uniform flame is formed above the burning panel. The heat load of the fire grate provided in the present application is significantly increased, the range of adaptability of the fire grate is also correspondingly expanded, and thus, the performance of flue gas emitted during instantaneous combustion is better, and the amount of NOx generated after burning is also lower.

According to the combustion assembly (100), the smoke and the fuel gas are pre-mixed in the smoke ejector (20) and are then ejected into the burner (30), and at the same time, the combustion air is introduced, such that the combustion gas burns in a flameless manner, thereby reducing the emission of oxynitrides.

Abstract
Disclosed are a combustion chamber structure and a gas water heater using the combustion chamber structure. The combustion chamber structure comprises: a housing, a combustion chamber as well as an opening and air inlet holes communicated with the combustion chamber being provided in the housing; a combustor accommodated in the combustion chamber and provided with a combustion burner; and an exhaust support connected between the combustor and the inner wall of the combustion chamber and separating the combustion chamber into a combustion cavity communicated with the opening and a flow guide cavity communicated with the air inlet holes. The combustion burner is located in the combustion cavity; a heat insulation gap communicated with the flow guide cavity is further formed between the exhaust support and the inner wall of the combustion chamber; the exhaust support is provided with multiple flow guide holes and multiple heat insulation holes at intervals; the flow guide holes are communicated with the combustion cavity and the flow guide cavity, and the flow guide holes are provided adjacent to the combustion burner; the heat insulation holes are communicated with the heat insulation gap, and the heat insulation holes are located at the periphery of the opening.

Abstract
A flame spreader as well as a burner and a water heater using same. The flame spreader (500) comprises: at least three ejector tubes (510), each ejector tube (510) having a flow guide inclined surface (511A), and the flow guide inclined surface (511A) being formed by inclining an end surface of a gas outlet section (511) of the ejector tube (510) to two sides; a gas mixing chamber (12) separately communicated with each ejector tube (510); flow dividers (112) disposed at the gas outlet sections (511) of the ejector tubes (510) and recessed into the interior of the gas mixing chamber (12) so that gas is divided to two sides; and first through holes (14) disposed beside the ejector tubes (510), allowing a cold water tube (20) to pass through, and in close contact with the cold water tube (20). The structure of the flame spreader (500) can increase an ejection coefficient to achieve better complete gas burning and reduce the generation of nitrogen oxides.

A purification device, applied to a gas water heating device. The purification device comprises: a supporter (10), a plurality of through holes (102) being provided on the supporter (10); a catalyst layer provided on the supporter (10); a housing (20), the housing (20) defining a mounting cavity adapted to the supporter (10), the housing (20) having an opening (202), and the supporter (10) being located in the mounting cavity; a mounting plate (30), the mounting plate (30) being connected to the housing (20) so as to block the opening (202); a locating groove (302) provided on the side surface of the mounting plate (30) close to the housing (20), the place where the housing (20) is connected to the mounting plate (30) being located in the locating groove (302); and a spacer (40), the spacer (40) being sleeved outside the sidewall of the supporter (10). The housing (20) is provided outside the sidewall of the supporter (10), so as to prevent the housing (20) from shielding the through holes (102).
