Abstract

A tire structure, including a rim, an outer tire, an inner tube, and an inflating valve; an outer peripheral surface of the rim is provided with a mounting groove; tire beads of the outer tire are hermetically connected with side walls of the mounting groove, so that a hermetically sealed air cavity is formed between the rim and the outer tire; the inner tube is annular and made of an elastic porous material, with a sectional size larger than that of the air cavity; the inner tube is disposed in the air cavity so that an outer surface of the inner tube is tightly attached to an inner wall of the air cavity; the inflating valve is mounted to the rim to inflate the air cavity and the inner tube. Impact force can be absorbed to protect the rim even when the tire is not completely inflated.

Abstract

A low-speed vehicle wheel assembly includes a rim, at least three spokes, connectors, a central bearing seat, and bearings. Outer ends of the spokes are fixedly connected to an inner side wall of the rim through the connectors, respectively. Inner ends of the spokes are fixedly connected to an outer wall of the central bearing seat. The bearings are fitted in bearing holes of the central bearing seat, respectively. Because the rim and the central bearing seat are independent components, each component can be made with an independent mold and assembled according to the diameter of the wheel. The cost of the mold is lower, and the components are more versatile.

Abstract

Disclosed is a combined tyre, comprising a tyre casing and a core. The tyre casing is an annular member having a core groove around the periphery; the core is an annular member nested within the core groove of the tyre casing in an interference fit, and forms a gap with the inner wall of the core groove of the tyre casing. The combined tyre of the present invention mainly comprises the tyre casing and core, the core being nested within the core groove of the tyre casing, capable of supporting the inner cavity of the tyre casing; therefore, an opening of the core groove of the tyre casing can be large, and in the production process, the model core used for shaping the core groove of the tyre casing can be easily removed, ensuring high production efficiency; in addition, a gap is formed between the core and the inner wall of the core groove of the tyre casing, and the gap can be adjusted as desired and have good cushioning effect; moreover, the tyre casing and the core of the present invention can employ materials of different hardness, offering better comfort.

Abstract

A shock absorber structure of wheelchair front fork is provided. A wheelchair front wheel (9) is installed on a fork body (11) which is on the lower side of a front fork (1) on which a mandrel (2) is mounted. A U-shaped body (12) is fixed on the upper side of the front fork (1). Said mandrel (2) is mounted on the upper sheet of the U-shaped body (12). Via elastic deformation of the two sheets of the U-shaped body (12), part of the shock force transferring from the front wheel (9) can be eliminated, thus achieving shock absorption effect. The absorber structure of wheelchair front fork has advantages of simple conformation, light weight and small appearance.
