Abstract

An OIS coil structure of an anti-shake voice coil motor and a machining process for the OIS coil structure. The OIS coil structure comprises a bottom plate, a middle plate and coils. Four edges of the middle plate extend out of a coil plate respectively. Two or more groups of coils which are connected to one another are etched on the coil plate, and parts between the two or more groups of coils on the coil plate are bent to allow the two or more groups of coils to overlap. The bottom plate is overlapped on a bottom surface of the middle plate. Leads are etched on a front surface and a back surface of the bottom plate respectively. Under the condition that the coils are relatively large in diameter, the number of groups of the coils etched on the coil plate can be determined according to the number of turns of coils required by OIS drive, the coils which are sequentially overlapped are lower in height and smaller in size, and space occupation of a VCM is reduced greatly.

Abstract

An assembling method of a coil and an elastic plate of a voice coil motor assembly includes step 1: winding a coil around a support body of a coil support of a sleeve having an upper flange and a lower flange, and the support body disposed between the upper flange and the lower flange, an outer edge of the upper flange having at least two opposing protrusions; step 2: installing two opposing lower elastic plates on an upper surface of the support through an automation apparatus, two opposing lower elastic plates being respectively stacked above the two opposing protrusions; step 3: placing the support stacked with the lower elastic plates in a welding apparatus, contact positions of the two lower elastic plates and the two protrusions being an area of contact positions of the lower elastic plates; and step 4: soldering tin on the solder paste or fixing by laser welding.

Abstract

An assembled structure of a coil and a blade spring of a voice coil motor, and an assembly process thereof. The assembled structure comprises a coil rack (5), a coil (6) wound on the coil rack (5), and two opposite lower blade springs (7) that are provided on the coil rack (5). The outer edge of an upper flange (51) of the coil rack (5) is provided with at least two opposite protrusions (511) in radial direction, a start end (61) and a tail end (62) of the coil are wound on the two protrusions (511) separately, and the two lower blade springs (7) are welded to the coils on the two protrusions (511) separately. Before being wound on the coil rack (5), the coil (6) is first wound on the protrusions (511) for positioning and then is wound on the coil rack (5). The assembled structure and the assembly process thereof can improve the production efficiency of assembling the coil and the blade spring, and secure the assembly of the coil and the blade spring.

Abstract

A voice coil motor includes a coil support, a coil wound on the coil support, and two opposing lower elastic plates disposed on an upper part of the coil support. The outer edge of an upper flange of the coil support has at least two opposing protrusions which are arranged radially. The coil has a head end and a tail end which are respectively wound on the two protrusions. The two lower elastic plates are respectively connected with the coil wound on the two protrusions by welding. To prevent the head end from slanting, the lower elastic plates are mounted on the coil support through the operation of an automation apparatus to be soldered with the coil wound on the protrusions. The connection of the coil and the lower elastic plates is thus firm.
