In the case where the mounting protrusion is securely seated on the stepped seating part, when the mounting protrusion is separated from the stepped seating part while being moved along the stepped seating part by rotation of the rotating unit, the upward/downward movement unit is moved upward by the elastic unit to cause the button unit to pop up, and in the case where the mounting protrusion is separated from the stepped seating part, when the mounting protrusion is securely seated on the stepped seating part while being moved downward by pressure from the button unit, the stepped seating part supports the mounting protrusion from the upper side to restrict the upward movement of the upward/downward movement unit, thereby causing the button unit to be locked.
