Abstract

A cargo bracing device includes a body, a tube fixed to the body and a rack passing the body and partly fitted over the inner side of the tube. A handle and a position claw is hinged to the body by the main pivot. A drive claw is hinged to the handle by the slave pivot. There is a leaf spring provided between the drive claw and the position claw. The upper side of the body has a movable stopper piece pressed on the leaf spring. Against the force of the leaf spring, the front ends of the drive claw and the position claw are inserted into the teeth of the rack. A stopper pin is fixed on the said handle. The stopper pin is on the edge facing the rack when the front end of the position claw is inserted into the teeth of the rack.

Abstract

A quick rotating device for a detached winch belt shaft is set in an extending end of the winch frame, and consists of one joint for the belt shaft and one rotating body. The rotating body has at least one hole for a pry bar to be inserted into. The said rotating body is in nesting relation to one side of the joint. One way linking mechanism is set on the contact surface of the joint and the rotating body. The said extending end is provided with at least one pin hole and the joint can be inserted in or sleeved on the extending end. A connecting mechanism can detachably connect the joint with the extending end by inserting a pin shaft in the pin hole.

Abstract

A cargo bracing device includes an internal tube and an external tube which is partly fitted over the internal tube. A foot plate is provided on each end of the internal and the external tube. A regulator is fitted over the internal tube to which the regulator is connected by their helical concave-convex structure nested each other. And the internal end of the external tube contacts with the regulator. As there is helical concave-convex structure on the regulator and the responding helical concave-convex structure is provided on the internal tube, the internal tube can stretch or shorten by rotating the regulator. So the cargo bracing device can be pressed on the side wall of the cargo box or be taken down from the side wall.

Abstract

The present invention discloses a ratchet wheel of bundler, belongs to mechanical technical field, and relates to a bundling tool. The present invention overcomes the problem that the mechanical strength of shaft segments of prior bundler is poor. The ratchet wheel of bundler of the present invention comprises a wheel body, which is provided with ratchets along the outer perimeter thereof and has a pair of through holes provided for two shaft segments passing through, and there is a bridging portion between the through holes, wherein the bridging portion is projected toward one side of the wheel body and joined onto the wheel body securely. During assembly, the bridging portions of two ratchet wheels are arranged face each other within the bundler, thereby shortens the distance between the bridging portions, and in turn, improves the mechanical strength of shaft segment. A variety of joining methods can be employed between the bridging portion and the wheel body. The advantage of the ratchet wheel of bundler is that the anti-deformation strength of shaft segments is improved, and in turn, the mechanical strength of bundler is improved. Meanwhile, the cost of product is increased slightly, but the performance of the bundler is improved significantly.
