Abstract

A rope clamping device comprises a body with a stop and a swivelling cam. A first spring has two ends functionally connected respectively to the cam and to the body by a first mechanical connection and a second mechanical connection. When the selector switch is in an actuation position, the first spring opposes movement of the cam away from the stop. When the selector switch is in an unlocked position, the first spring does not oppose movement of the cam away from the stop or opposes movement of the cam towards the stop. In the unlocked position, the selector switch eliminates one of the first and second mechanical connections or inverts the two mechanical connections.

Abstract

The pulley (1) comprises two sheaves (2) arranged in line with grooves defining an axis of circulation of a cable (3). A blocker (12) allows the movement of the pulley (1) along the cable (3) in a first direction and prevents the movement of the pulley (1) in a second, opposite, direction. The blocker (12) defines a slot (13) with two opposite lateral walls (12a, 12b) connected by an end wall. The blocker (12) is rotatable between first and second positions. The axis of circulation of the cable (3) separates the two lateral walls (12a, 12b). The first lateral wall (12a) is able to move along the axis of circulation of the cable (3). The rotation of the blocker (12) between the first position and the second position occurs about an axis of rotation passing through the axis of circulation of the cable (3) so as to offset the two lateral walls (12a, 12b) along the axis of circulation of the cable (3).

Abstract

The tandem pulley comprises a pair of sheaves mounted in line between first and second flanges. A gate is fitted rotating with respect to the first flange between closed and open positions. The gate comes into contact with the second flange in the closed position to close a housing. The clamp is movable in rotation on the gate between a locking position locking the gate in the closed position and an unlocking position. The clamp has a prong pressing on the first flange and the gate in the locking position. The clamp has an actuating area separated from the first flange by the gate. Rotation of the actuating area from the locking position to the unlocking position corresponds to a movement of the actuating area away from the second flange. Rotation of the actuating area results in pivoting of the prong.

Abstract

The descender comprises a handle and a cam that are movable between a securing position and a sliding position of the rope. The cam defines a first stop and a second pin. The handle has a first pin coming into contact with the first stop to form a first mechanical link and a second stop coming into contact with the second pin. Movement of the handle results in movement of the cam between the securing and sliding positions. In a threshold position of the handle, the first mechanical link is interrupted and the cam returns to the securing position. The second stop is movable with respect to the handle by means of a spring. When movement of the handle takes place, the second pin comes into contact with the second stop before the handle stresses a spring and reaches the threshold position.
