Abstract
The present invention relates to provide a scrub soap and a method for manufacturing the same. A method for manufacturing a scrub soap includes preparing a scrub agent consisting of a shirasu and a hollow shirasu having a different average particle diameter each other, preparing a fatty acid composition consisting of at least one kind of fatty acid, preparing an alkali aqueous solution by dissolving at least one kind of alkali metal hydroxide of which molar ratio to at least one kind of fatty acid is not more than 1, and preparing a soap basis material by mixing the scrub agent, the alkali aqueous solution and the fatty acid composition.

Abstract
Provided is an anti-drip cap that is capable of effectively preventing drips. This anti-drip cap makes it possible to mount a cap, which has a pouring spout, to be freely attachable and detachable on the opening of a container that accommodates liquids. The cap is configured from: a freely open-able occluding body that is formed midway in the liquid flow channel; an anti-drip flange formed on the terminal end face of the flow channel in a direction orthogonal thereto; a separate auxiliary flow channel cap that can be freely fitted into the end of the flow channel, maintaining a flow space between said cap and the flow channel; and a spout flange that is an extension of the top plate of the auxiliary flow channel cap and forms a fixed pouring space between said flange and the anti-drip flange.

Abstract
Provided are a process for scrub soap production and a scrub soap. The process includes: the step of preparing a scrubbing agent that comprises Shirasu particles and hollow Shirasu particles in which the average particle diameters differ from each other; the step of preparing a fatty acid composition which comprises at least one fatty acid; the step of dissolving at least one alkali metal hydroxide, the molar ratio of which to the at least one fatty acid is less than 1, in water to prepare an aqueous alkali solution; and the step of mixing the scrubbing agent, the aqueous alkali solution, and the fatty acid composition to prepare a base soap.

Abstract
Disclosed is a production method by which a blade can be easily shaped, cut, and welded to form a metallic flexible tube. Specifically, a blade (5) is arranged on the outer peripheral side of a bellows (4). A locking ring (6) is arranged between the bellows (4) and the blade (5). The locking ring (6) is locked at a valley portion (3a) on an end portion of the bellows (4). A pressing ring (7) is arranged on the outer peripheral side of an end of the blade (5). The end of the blade (5) is set to have a length projecting m than the locking ring (6) in the central axis direction. The pressing ring (7) is supported by a support tool (11). An end of the bellows (4) is pressed by a pressing tool (12) in the central axis direction to crush the end of the bellows (4). At the same time, an end of the blade (5) is shaped to follow the outer shape of the locking ring (6). While the end of the bellows (4) is pressed, the end of the blade (5) is cut by fusion, and a surplus portion is removed. At the same time, the blade (5) is welded with the locking ring (6) and the pressing ring (7).
