FLEXIBLE REFLECTING MATERIAL CAPABLE OF INCREASING GLAZING RATE OF DOUBLE-GLASS PHOTOVOLTAIC PANEL, AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR AND USE THEREOF
The present invention discloses a flexible reflecting material capable of increasing the glazing rate of a double-glass photovoltaic panel, and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The preparation method mainly comprises the steps of a waterproofing, stentering and setting treatment, a treatment of coating a priming with a PVC paste resin slurry and coating a finishing coat with a PVC paste resin slurry, a gelling, drying and plasticizing treatment, a surface treatment by means of intaglio printing with polyvinylidene fluoride three times, then a knurling, cooling and shaping treatment, etc. The flexible reflecting material provided in the present invention has high reflectivity and good weather resistance, and does not cause a rise in the temperature of a photovoltaic panel; moreover, the flexible reflecting material prepared in the present invention is flexible on the whole, is easy to construct, install and maintain, and is suitable for the use requirements of photovoltaic installation under various occasions.

PREPARATION METHOD FOR LOW-SHRINKAGE FLAME-RETARDANT POLYESTER INDUSTRIAL YARNS
The present invention relates to the technical field of polymer fibers production, and in particular discloses to a preparation method preparing low-shrinkage flame-retardant polyester industrial yarns. The present invention results in low-shrinkage flame-retardant polyester industrial yarns by selecting specific materials, mixing polymeric phosphorus based flame retardants and high-viscosity PET chips, controlling viscosity, phosphorus content and other important parameters of the mixture, and performing effective parameter control related to temperature, winding speed and the like in each spinning link. The present invention has the advantage of good friction resistance and cohesiveness, which can greatly reduce the generation of broken filaments in the stretching and post-weaving process; the present invention also has the characteristics of low shrinkage, halogen-free environmental protection, good flame retardancy and less broken filaments generated during spinning.

The present invention belongs to the technical field of polymeric fiber production, and particularly relates to a method for preparing a high-strength flame-retardant dacron industrial yarn. The method involves selecting a polymeric phosphorus flame retardant as a component A, mixing component A with common PET chips, such that the mass ratio of component A in the raw material after the mixing is 5-10%, subjecting the mixed materials to solid phase tackifying to achieve an intrinsic viscosity of 1.0-1.20 dl/g, and spinning the mixed material using controlled temperature conditions, winding speeds and the like, so as to obtain the high-strength flame-retardant dacron industrial yarn. The industrial yarn produced has excellent friction resistance and cohesion, can greatly reduce broken filaments during elongation and post-weaving processes, has a high strength, is halogen-free and environmentally-friendly, has good flame-retardant performance, and low filament breakage when spinning.

The present invention relates to the technical field of high-molecular fiber production, and in particular, to a preparation method for a high-modulus, low-shrinkage and flame-retardant polyester industrial filament. In the present invention, a high-strength flame-retardant polyester industrial filament is finally obtained by selecting and mixing a specific material, a high-molecular phosphorus flame retardant and a high-viscosity PET slice, controlling important parameters such as the viscosity and the phosphorus content of the mixture, and then performing effective parameter control including temperature and winding speed in each spinning segment. The advantages of the present invention are that compared with industrial spinning oil in polyester production, the spinning oil used has good friction resistance and cohesion, can greatly reduce the production of broken filaments during stretching and post-weaving, has high strength and no halogen, is environmentally friendly, and has good flame retardance and less spinning broken filaments.
