Abstract

A combined drying method and a drying device thereof. A material is placed in a drying medium environment. The drying device comprises a first temperature adjusting unit (700) for adjusting and controlling the temperature of a drying medium, a steam humidity adjusting unit for adjusting and controlling the humidity of the drying medium, and a fluid power unit (600) for enabling the drying medium to form a flow speed, and further comprises a second temperature adjusting unit for adjusting and controlling the temperature of the drying medium. The second temperature adjusting unit comprises a plurality of second temperature adjusting bodies (100); the second temperature adjusting bodies (100) are at least located on the side part of one surface of the material, and a distance is formed between each second temperature adjusting body and the surface corresponding thereto. According to the present invention, the drying efficiency can be improved and the formation of drying defects is avoided; the present invention does not depend on water content monitoring and water steam pressure monitoring results, so that the problems caused by monitoring errors are avoided; the surface flatness of the dried material can be improved, the repairing of dry surface cracks is facilitated and the occurrence of dark cracks is avoided.

Abstract

The present invention relates to a type of wood section material manufacturing method, especially with respect to soft wood section material and its manufacturing method. It belongs to wood processing field. This invention is achieved by the following technical plans: a type of wood section material manufacturing method includes the following steps: (1) wood preparation; (2) drying; (3) Polishing; (4) Hot pressing, which is to use two hot pressing boards with 140-200° C. to firmly press two surfaces of panel blank material; (5) Pre-carbonization, which pre-carbonize the panel blank material under 160° C. and 200° C.; (6) Carbonization, which carbonize the panel blank material between 200° C. and 225° C.; (7) Cooling; and (8) Moisture content control. This invention is particularly suitable to make wooden floor boards and office furniture.

Abstract

A wood section and its preparation method are disclosed. Said preparation method involves following steps: wood making, drying, plane, hot-press, pre-carbonization, carbonization, cooling and water content control, wherein the steps relating to hot-press, pre-carbonization and carbonization are as follows: densifing both surfaces of the raw wooden material by compressing with two hot plates at 140~200℃, then, pre-carbonizing and carbonizing at 160~200℃ and 200~225℃ separately. Said wood section comprises two compressed and densified layers and one natural layer, wherein the fibers of the compressed and densified layers are connected with those of the natural layer. The compressed and densified layers include the first and the second layer locating at both sides of natural layer oppositely. The wood section can be used to manufacture floors, office furnitures, and so on.

Abstract

A solid wood section with reinforced surface and its preparation method are provided. Said solid wood section with reinforced surface comprises compressed and densified layer and natural layer, wherein the fibers of the compressed and densified layer are connected with those of the natural layer, and the compressed and densified layer has thickness of 0.6~4mm and density of 1.3~3 times of natural layer. The solid wood section has the overall density of 350~750kg/m3 and water content of 5~12%. The decay resistance level of the section reaches above level II, and its weight loss is not more than 24%. Said preparation method involves wood drying, surface densification by compressing, and carbonization finally. The solid wood section which can be used as floors, barriers and so on under a variety of environment has low production cost, high yield, excellent corrosion resistance and high surface strength.
