The invention relates to a method for manually or automatically disconnecting a disconnectable adapter having a first part and a second part connected detachably to the first part, and to a disconnectable adapter for the adaptation of a tool to an industrial robot, having a first part and a second part connected detachably to the first part. The adapter is designed with at least two locking parts which engage behind the first part or the second part in a spring-loaded manner and are mounted displaceably or pivotably in the second part or first part behind which the locking parts do not engage. To disconnect the first part and the second part of the adapter from each other, all the locking parts are loaded simultaneously relative to the first part and to the second part or relative to one another by means of an external force applied as a compressive force. With the present invention, a disconnectable adapter which can be operated both manually and automatically is developed.
The invention relates to a production cell with a workpiece conveyor device which has at least one workpiece carriage, comprising at least one workpiece processing device and a workpiece transfer station, wherein a provided workpiece can be conveyed to the workpiece processing station and from the processing station to the workpiece transfer station by means of the workpiece carriage. The invention also relates to a method for processing a workpiece in such a production cell. The production cell has a workpiece tilting device which is arranged on the workpiece transfer station and a workpiece return device with a workpiece temporary storage device. A workpiece can be transferred to the workpiece return device by means of the workpiece tilting device at the workpiece transfer station, and said workpiece can be conveyed into the workpiece temporary storage device. The workpiece can be removed from the workpiece temporary storage device and can be provided to the workpiece conveyor device. By virtue of the present invention, the possible field of application of a production cell is expanded.

MANUFACTURING CELL WITH AT LEAST TWO MACHINING ROBOTS
The invention relates to a production cell with at least one workpiece path having at least one workpiece provision area of a workpiece provisioning system and a workpiece table of a machine tool, the machine tool having at least two machining robots and the workpiece table comprising at least one suction cup group. The production cell has a second workpiece path extending in a longitudinal direction of the production cell and parallel to the first workpiece path and having a second workpiece table comprising at least one suction cup group. In addition, each suction cup group can be moved in the longitudinal direction of the production cell. The present invention increases the output rate of a production cell and extends the machining possibilities of same.

B23Q 39/04 - Metal-working machines incorporating a plurality of sub-assemblies, each capable of performing a metal-working operation the sub-assemblies being arranged to operate simultaneously at different stations, e.g. with an annular work-table moved in steps
The invention relates to a workpiece carriage (114-117) for workpiece transport, having a guide unit (121) oriented in a longitudinal direction, having a drive unit (123) that has an electrical feed and a drive motor, and having a workpiece gripping unit (141) that has two clamping jaws (143, 144) that are movable relative to one another, a machine tool having at least one workpiece table, having at least one tool unit that is movable relative to the workpiece table, and having at least two workpiece carriages (114-117) that are displaceable individually in the longitudinal direction along a machine bed of the machine tool, and a manufacturing cell having such a machine tool and having workpiece provision. The two clamping jaws (143, 144) of the workpiece gripping unit (141) are displaceable relative to one another in a vertical direction oriented normally to the longitudinal direction and normally to a transverse direction oriented normally to the longitudinal direction. With the present invention, the possible applications of the workpiece carriage are expanded.

B27M 1/08 - Working of wood not provided for in subclasses , e.g. by stretching by multi-step processes
The invention relates to a manufacturing cell comprising a machine tool that has a tool carrier carrying at least one tool unit and has two adjacent workpiece paths oriented in a longitudinal direction, wherein the tool unit can be displaced relative to a machine bed of the machine tool at least in a transverse direction oriented normal to the longitudinal direction and in a vertical direction oriented normal to these two directions, wherein at least one workpiece carriage per workpiece path can be displaced in the longitudinal direction along the machine tool, and wherein the tool unit can be displaced in the longitudinal direction relative to the machine bed and/or relative to the workpiece carriages. The tool carrier overhangs or projects beyond the workpiece paths which each have a workpiece supply region of a workpiece supply section and a working region of the machine tool. The individual workpiece carriage can also be displaced in the longitudinal direction along the workpiece supply section. Furthermore, the workpiece supply section has at least one lowerable or tiltable stop device per workpiece path. The present invention provides a manufacturing cell having a high output rate and high degree of flexibility.
