Abstract

The invention provides a switch device including a shell, an operating member, a spring, a movable conductor, a first pin, a second pin, two resistors, and two connecting conductors. The operating member is partially exposed out of the shell, and the movable conductor is displaced when the operating member is operated. One side of the shell is provided with the first pin and the spring, another side is provided with the second pin. The resistors are connected with the second pin and have different resistance values. The connecting conductors are arranged between the two pins. The first pin contacts with the movable conductor. The connecting conductors without disposal of any crossover part therebetween and respectively connected with the resistors. The connecting conductors are arranged at intervals along a displacement path of the movable conductor which contacted one connecting conductor before and after displacement and forming two conductive paths.

Abstract

A power supply housing adapted to a redundant power module includes a casing, a separation member, two front plates and a back plate. The casing includes four side plates and an installation space defined by the side plates. The separation member divides the installation space into a first sub-space and a second sub-space, and includes two first baffles located in the first sub-space and two second baffles located in the second sub-space. The two first baffles define a first installation region for disposing a redundant power module, and the two second baffles define a second installation region for disposing the redundant power module. Abstract

A stroke adjustment cover for clip-type micro switch, the stroke adjustment cover comprises a cover body connected to a clip-type micro switch, a stroke adjustment member disposed in the cover body, and an elastic member used to provide the stroke adjustment member with a reciprocating stroke perpendicular to the direction of an actuation stroke of the clip-type micro switch. Through an adjustment section of the stroke adjustment member includes at least one brake portion used for braking the clip-type micro switch to generate the actuation stroke in the reciprocating stroke provided by the elastic member. The present invention not requires modification of the actuation stroke and structure of the clip-type micro switch, while an actuation time of a switching command signal of the clip-type micro switch is extended by the stroke adjustment cover provided with the different reciprocating strokes and being easy to install.

Abstract

A multi-command trigger switch includes a rotary switch, a rotary casing and a trigger element. The rotary switch includes a base and a rotary disc coupled with the base and movable on a swivel locus against the base. The base and the rotary disc are interposed by a housing space to hold a rotary trigger assembly and a depressing trigger assembly. Abstract

A multi-instruction switch for enhancing electrical insulation is provided. The multi-instruction switch includes a housing, a common pin and a switching pin set. The housing comprises an accommodating space which includes a conductive elastic plate moving back-and-forth and a support rack therein. The conductive elastic plate includes a normal connection section and a switching connection section. The support rack includes a limiting track. The common pin is normally in electrical contact with the normal connection section in the housing. The switching pin set includes a first pin having a contact section and a second pin having a trigger section. The limiting track includes a first insulation plate, a second insulation plate, and an insulation space between the first and second insulation plates. As such, the present invention enhances the insulation effect by the first and second insulation plates and the insulation space located at the limiting track.

A transformer without coil racks includes a winding set, multiple conductive plates and an insulation mounting sheet. The winding set includes a coil portion and a magnetic core set running through the coil portion. The magnetic core set includes at least one inner magnetic core portion and at least two outer magnetic core portions that are spaced from each other by a gap. Each conductive plate includes a connecting section and two extended arms connected to two ends of the connecting section and running through the gap. The insulation mounting sheet includes multiple retaining slots corresponding to the gap to allow the extended arms to pass through and multiple retaining portions each being formed between two neighboring retaining slots to prevent the extended arms from contacting each other. Abstract

An enhanced withstand voltage micro switch includes a base and a cap covering the base. The cap has a press element movable up and down. The base has a conductive member depressed by the press element and a connecting section extended upwards. The base also includes a first contact, and a second contact extended from the connecting section and located above the first contact. The conductive member is swung during up and down movement of the press element to connect with the first or the second contact. The connecting section has an isolation portion jutting sideward between the first and second contacts to prevent generation of a conductive layer caused by connection of the conductive member with the first and second contacts on the connecting section. Thus secured insulation can be formed between the first and second contacts to withstand a higher voltage test.

Abstract

An enhanced returning elasticity micro switch includes a base and a cap mounted thereon to form a housing compartment therebetween. The base is run through by a first pin and a second pin. The first pin has an anchor portion in the housing compartment to couple with a conductive member. The conductive member has a lower contact portion and swings when being pressed. The second pin has a first contact in the housing compartment. The first contact has an inclined surface connected to the lower contact portion during swing of the conductive member. The inclined surface is located at an elevation tapered towards the anchor portion. Hence the contact area between the conductive member and second pin increases, and adhesion force between the conductive member and second pin during power transmission decreases. Returning elasticity of the conductive member increases, and resistance against depression of the conductive member decreases.

Abstract

A luminous micro-switch mainly includes a case which holds a depressing member and at least a first pin and a second pin inside that are spaced from each other. There is a bridging member interposed between the two pins and the depressing member to form electric connection with the first pin in regular conditions and output a signal when the bridging member is connected to the second pin due to depressing of the depressing member. The depressing member has a depressing end which has a holding trough to hold a lighting element which has two conductive terminals to receive electric power to generate light. By holding the lighting element in the holding trough the size of the micro-switch can be made smaller to be used on smaller electronic devices to overcome the bulky problem of conventional micro-switches caused by disposing the lighting element beneath the depressing member.
