Abstract
The invention concerns a device for measuring the blood flow of an individual, for example for detecting bubbles. The device comprises an acoustic transmitter (3) and a housing (2) with a transmission surface (7) covering the acoustic transmitter (3). The transmission surface (7) is completed at one end by a clavicle contact portion (8) perpendicular to the transmission surface (7) and suitable for coming to bear against a clavicle bone of the individual, and is completed at the other end by a shoulder contact portion (9) perpendicular to the transmission surface (7) and suitable for coming to bear against a shoulder bone of the individual. A vertical distance between a middle of an active area of the transmission surface (7) and the clavicle contact portion (8) is less than 20 millimetres. A transverse distance between the middle of the active area (11) and the shoulder contact portion (9) is between 20 and 50 millimetres.

Abstract
The invention relates to a method and system (1) for determining a value indicating the position of an ultrasound probe (2) relative to a portion of the cardiovascular system (C) of a person (P) and for measuring blood flow in a portion of the cardiovascular system (C) of a person (P). The system comprises an ultrasound probe (2) positioned on the skin of the person such as to emit ultrasounds which propagate inside the person and to pick up reflected ultrasound signals indicating a blood flow in the portion of the cardiovascular system, as well as a control unit (3) comprising a processing circuit (4) for processing the reflected ultrasound signals in order to determine a value indicating the position of the ultrasound probe.

Abstract
The invention relates to a system (1) for determining a probability of occurrence of decompression sickness, associated with an exposure and decompression profile, the system including a subsystem (4) for acquiring exposure and decompression parameters, a subsystem (5) for measuring biophysical data, and a server (6) communicating with a database in order to record the exposure and decompression parameters and the biophysical data. The server is suitable for determining a probability of occurrence of decompression sickness associated with an exposure and decompression profile, in accordance with the exposure and decompression parameters and the biophysical data of the database, and thus can propose recommendations for improving the safety of the one or more users thereof, leading for example to an adaptation of the total duration of the decompressions and/or of the depth of the associated decompression stops for subsequent exposures.

Abstract
A safety device for underwater diving has a sensor for measuring a flow of gas bubbles comprising a belt for fixing and functional coupling to the body of a diver. The flow sensor is linked to a portable computer for utilizing signals from the flow sensor so as to provide an alarm signal if the measured flow level exceeds a predetermined safety threshold and to thus customize a table of decompression stops.
