Abstract

Provided is a tape wound body around which a tape having a front surface and a back surface is wound from a first position in the longitudinal direction to a second position. The tape is wound, for each winding, from the first position located inside the tape wound body alternately on a first side and a second side in the winding axis direction up to the second position located outside the tape wound body with the tape front surface facing inward and the tape back surface facing outward. Abstract

The present invention prevents contents of a container from adhering to a zipper before unsealing, and allows easy cutting, in a linear fashion, of a film of a container body at the time of unsealing. Provided is a zipper tape comprising: a first base part; a tearing strip which is disposed so as to be parallel to a first side of the first base part in the width direction; a second base part which has a width wider than the combined width of the first base part and the tearing strip; a first engagement part and a second engagement part which project from the first base part and the second base part, respectively, and which are engageable with each other; and a release part which is formed on a first base part-side surface of the second base part extending, further than the first base part, on a second side opposite to the first side.

Abstract

A male belt-shaped base having a male member with a short width, and a separation strip are heat-sealed to a film. A female belt-shaped base having a female member with a long width is heat-sealed at a predetermined position so that the male portion and the female portion are at engageable positions. The film is layered and suitably sealed to form a zipper-tape bag. Abstract

A light-absorbing layer and a bonding layer are layered on a first side of each of a belt-shaped male base portion integrated with a male portion and a female base portion integrated with a female portion on a side of the male and female base portions opposite the first side. The light-absorbing layer contains a light-absorbing material having a wavelength absorption range from 800 nm to 1200 nm to absorb a laser beam of the range. The bonding layer contains a low-melting-point resin in a form of a metallocene linear low-density polyethylene having a melting point ranging from 60 degrees C. to 120 degrees C. When the zipper tape is bonded to the base film, the laser beam is applied to heat the light-absorbing layer to melt the bonding layer. The melted bonding layer is pressure-bonded to the base film. The base film can be bonded without causing thermal degradation.

On a band-shaped male-side base (211A) on which a male part (212) is integrally provided and a female-side base (221A) on which a female part (222) is integrally provided, a light-absorbing layer (23) and a bonding layer (24) are laminated on the surface opposite to the surface on which the male part (212) or the female part (222) is provided. A female-side band-shaped base section (22A) with which a female-side hook section (22C) is interconnected is provided with a thin-walled section (22A1) located on the containing space (14) side, in the width direction, of the base end of the female-side hook section (22C). When inner pressure increases, the pressure acts on the base end of a second engagement section (24) and the thin-walled section (22A1) breaks off. Abstract

A bag (1) is provided with a bag body (10), and a zipper tape (20) heat-sealed to the inner surface of the bag body (10).
