LINEAR DIELECTRIC BARRIER DISCHARGE PLASMA GENERATING DEVICE FOR SURFACE TREATMENT
The present invention provides a dielectric barrier discharge plasma generating device. The dielectric barrier discharge plasma generating device comprises: a power electrode including an edge extending in a first direction; a grounding electrode for exposing one edge of the power electrode and extending in the first direction at a predetermined distance from the power electrode; a dielectric barrier layer interposed between the power electrode and the grounding electrode, and disposed so as to encompass an edge of the power electrode; a plurality of nozzles for spraying gases in the direction of the edge of the power electrode, arranged at a predetermined distance in the first direction, and formed at the grounding electrode; and an alternating current power for applying alternating current power to the power electrode. A dielectric barrier discharge is performed on the edge of the power electrode.
Provided is a sterilization film. A sterilization film comprises: a middle electrode layer which has a thin plate-shaped middle electrode portion and a middle pad portion electrically connected to the middle electrode portion and for electrically connecting to the outside; an upper dielectric barrier layer and a lower dielectric barrier layer which have the middle electrode layer interposed therebetween and have flexibility; an upper grounding electrode layer which is provided on an upper side facing the lower side of the upper dielectric barrier layer having the middle electrode layer and has a thin plate-shaped upper grounding electrode portion and an upper grounding pad portion electrically connected to the upper grounding electrode portion and for electrically connecting to the outside; a lower grounding electrode layer which is provided on a lower side facing the upper side of the lower dielectric barrier layer having the middle electrode layer and has a lower grounding electrode portion, having a porous screen structure having a plurality of through holes, and a lower grounding pad portion electrically connected to the lower grounding electrode portion and for electrically connecting to the outside; and a lower protection layer which covers the lower grounding electrode layer. The middle pad portion and the lower grounding pad portion electrically connect to an external power source and form plasma on the periphery of the porous screen structure of the lower grounding electrode portion.
Provided are a plasma treatment apparatus for a meat product and a plasma treatment method for a meat product. The plasma treatment apparatus for a meat product according to an example embodiment of the present disclosure includes: a main chamber adapted to store a meat product and provide a sealed space; a plasma chamber connected to the main chamber; a plasma generator disposed inside the plasma chamber and adapted to generate an activated gas containing a nitrogen oxide gas using atmospheric dielectric barrier discharge plasma of an oxygen-nitrogen mixed gas and provide the activated gas into the main chamber; and an activated gas circulator adapted to receive the activated gas inside the main chamber and re-provide the received activated gas to the plasma chamber. The meat product is directly exposed to the activated gas and is cured or sterilized by the activated gas.
The present invention provides a sterilization film and a packaging container. The sterilization film has a sterilization function by generating atmospheric plasma. The sterilization film comprises: a dielectric barrier film having flexibility; an upper electrode layer arranged on an upper surface of the dielectric barrier film and including a thin plate-shaped upper electrode and an upper pad, which is electrically connected to the upper electrode and to be electrically connected with the outside; a lower electrode layer including a lower electrode of a porous screen structure, which has a plurality of through-holes, and a lower pad to be electrically connected with the lower electrode, and arranged on the lower part of a lower surface of the dielectric barrier film; and a lower protective layer arranged so as to surround an exposed surface of the lower electrode layer, and formed from a dielectric. The upper pad and the lower pad are electrically connected to an external power source so as to form plasma in the vicinity of the porous screen.
