Abstract

There is provided an apparatus for forming a magnetic pigment pattern on an article. The apparatus includes: a magnetic pattern mold having nonmagnetic pattern grooves engraved in a predetermined pattern and providing predetermined magnetic field lines on a pattern-forming object surface of an article by generating magnetism in areas outside the nonmagnetic pattern grooves; and a spray unit spraying an adhesive resin composite containing a ferromagnetic pigment onto the pattern-forming object surface of the article. A predetermined magnetic pigment pattern is formed while the magnetic pigment of the adhesive resin composite that is applied to the pattern-forming object surface of the article is rearranged along magnetic field lines generated by the magnetic pattern mold.

Abstract

The present invention relates to an adhesive fabric woven by circular knitting, and a 3D pattern forming method using same and, more particularly, to an adhesive fabric woven by circular knitting, and a 3D pattern forming method using same, in which: a thread coated with a hot-melt resin and a fiber thread are woven by circular knitting to produce an adhesive fabric so as to form layers in which a top layer and a bottom layer of one fabric sheet are woven with fiber threads; a middle layer is a layer formed by weaving hot-melt resin-coated thread to produce an adhesive fabric that is stacked on a base fabric, then surface molded to form a 3D pattern; and the adhesive fabric not only has a fabric feel that is not a plastic feel, thus having good flexibility and breathability, but also a 3D pattern is formed through a simple process via the above-described surface molding. Thus, not only can the work process and time be significantly reduced, but the wear resistance of pressed portions during surface molding can also be improved.

Abstract

The present invention relates to a composite cloth sheet for decoration, and more specifically, to a composite cloth sheet for decoration comprising a thin film layer on the upper surface of a cloth layer, wherein a first hot melt film layer is formed between the cloth layer and the thin film layer and a second hot melt film layer is formed at the lower surface of the cloth layer so as to allow the first hot melt film layer and the second hot melt film layer to be fused through holes of the cloth layer, thereby preventing shrinkage even at a high temperature of 250 ℃ or higher, and implementing an appropriate level of flexibility while improving the adhesive force of a material to be adhered and the cloth layer, or the cloth layer and the thin film layer. Further, since the first hot melt film layer and the second hot melt film layer are fused through the holes of the cloth layer as above, the cut surface of the cloth layer does not allow thread and the like to come loose even though the cloth layer is cut. In addition, since the thin film layer implements a coating effect with respect to the pattern of the cloth layer as described, it is possible to prevent the peeling off and the like of a pattern and to upgrade products by highlighting the beauty of design.
