A heating drum for thermal transfer includes: a cylindrical outer tube; an inner tube having a smaller diameter than the outer tube, and disposed inside the outer tube; a rotating shaft fixed to the center of the inner tube via connecting members; covers configured to form a heat transfer oil accommodating space by sealing a space between the inner tube and the outer tube that is opened to the outside; heaters installed to pass through the covers, and configured to heat the sealed heat transfer oil accommodating space; holders disposed between the inner tube and the outer tube, and configured to support the heaters; a valve configured to control the discharge of the internal air of the heat transfer oil accommodating space; and heat transfer oil filled in the heat transfer oil accommodating space.

A thermal transfer device with a communication function and a management system thereof can transfer state information and/or failure information of the thermal transfer device via the communication function, manage the received state information and failure information, and provide them to a user. Abstract

The present invention relates to a heating drum for thermal transfer, comprising: a cylindrical outer tube; an inner tube having a diameter smaller than that of the outer tube, the inner tube being disposed inside the outer tube; a rotating shaft fixed to the center of the inner tube via a connecting member; a cover for sealing the space between the inner and outer tubes which are open outwardly, thereby forming a heat medium oil containing space; a heater fitted through the cover so as to heat the heat medium oil containing space; a cradle disposed between the inner and outer tubes so as to support the heater; a valve for controlling discharge of air inside the heat medium oil containing space; and heat medium oil filling the heat medium oil containing space. The heat medium oil partially fills the heat medium oil containing space. The air inside the heat medium oil containing space is forcibly discharged through the valve such that the inner pressure of the heat medium oil containing space is maintained lower than atmospheric pressure. According to the present invention, the heat medium oil is directly heated by the heater and is efficiently stirred such that heat is evenly transferred to the heat medium oil, thereby helping maintain the entire temperature of the heating drum to be uniform. This substantially lowers the ratio of defective products resulting from temperature differences.

Abstract

The present invention relates to a heating drum for thermal transfer which can maintain the overall temperature of the exterior of the heating drum to be uniform to dramatically lower the product defect rate due to temperature difference. The present invention can maintain the overall temperature of the exterior of the heating drum, including the edges of the heating drum, at a uniform temperature at all times by means of a heated heating fluid and heat (heater heat) filled in a first space portion (chamber) and a second space portion (chamber). As such, it is possible to dramatically lower product defects due to temperature difference and thus mass-produce a product having excellent transfer quality.
