Abstract

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a zirconia slurry for forming a porous surface on a ceramic implant and crown, and a method for manufacturing an implant using the same. According to the present invention, a predetermined ball mill device is used to obtain a zirconia slurry having a nano-particle size in an improved method compared to existing methods. Also, the zirconia slurry produced by the improved method is applied to a specific object and dried to form a porous surface and thereby actively enhance the bonding force between an abutment and a crown or between a laminate and a tooth of a patient, and maximize the biointegration of an implant itself. Thus, the contact surface between the implant material and bone tissue is improved by enabling bone fiber tissue of the alveolar bone to permeate into the implant and grow. More specifically, the method is characterized by comprising: a zirconia crushing step (S10) for putting zirconia, a foaming agent and an organic binder into a ball mill device, and crushing same while stirring; a carbon powder oxidation step (S20) for heating zirconia powder mixed with the foaming agent to 1200 to 1800°C, oxidizing such that the concentration of carbon powder is 10 to 40 wt%, and forming a porous surface on each particle; and a degreasing process step (S30) for removing the organic binder added to the mixture, while preparing a zirconia solution by adding a dispersing agent and a solvent to the zirconia powder having the porous surface.

Abstract

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a zirconia slurry for forming porous surfaces on an abutment and a crown of a ceramic implant, the method including: the zirconia pulverization step (step S10) of putting zirconia powder, carbon powder as a foaming agent, and an organic binder in a ball mill and agitating and pulverizing the zirconia, carbon powder, and organic binder to allow the mixed zirconia powder to have nanoparticles; the carbon powder oxidization step (step S20) of heating the zirconia powder mixed with the carbon powder to a temperature of 1200 to 1800° C. and oxidizing the carbon powder to a concentration of 10 to 40 wt % to allow the porous surfaces to be formed on every particle of the zirconia powder; and the degreasing step (step S30) of putting a dispersing agent and a solvent in the zirconia powder whose particles have the porous surfaces to make a zirconia solution and removing the organic binder from the zirconia powder.

Abstract

There is provided a method of manufacturing a zirconia block for an artificial tooth having a color gradient. The method includes: preparing colored zirconia-based powder and white zirconia-based powder; preparing a plurality of raw materials in which the colored zirconia-based powder and the white zirconia-based powder are mixed in different weight ratios by mixing the colored zirconia-based powder and the white zirconia-based powder while changing a mixing ratio in order to express a desired color gradient; sequentially injecting the plurality of raw materials into a compression mold or a mold frame to mold in increasing or decreasing order of content of the colored zirconia-based powder of the raw material; and calcining a molding result. According to the present invention, it is possible to express aesthetics of a natural tooth by implementing a color gradient of the natural tooth in the zirconia block itself without using porcelain powder or a liquid color set.
