Abstract

 A compound represented by general formula (III), and the use of a tautomer or stereoisomer of said compound, or a pharmacologically acceptable salt or solvate thereof, as a treatment for gout or hyperuricemia. (III) (In the formula, R1a, R2a, R6a and R7a represent hydrogen atoms, C1-8 alkyl groups, C1-8 alkoxy groups, or cyano groups or the like, R3a and R8a represent elements or groups that bond with the two carbon atoms that bond R3a and R8a to form benzene rings, or five-membered ring heteroaryl rings containing, as constituent elements, 1-3 hetero atoms selected from nitrogen atoms, oxygen atoms and sulfur atoms, R4a and R5a represent elements or groups that bond with the two carbon atoms that bond R4a and R5a to form benzene rings, or represent the same as the previously mentioned R1a, Wa represents CR10a or N, and here, R10a represents the same as the previously mentioned R1a, Xa represents an oxygen atom or a sulfur atom or the like, and Ya represents a C1-8 alkylene chain. The alkylene chain may be substituted with a C1-8 alkyl group or the like, the alkylene chain may be a straight-chain alkylene chain or a branched-chain alkylene chain, and the branched-chain alkylene chain may have a 3-7 member ring formed by a side chain that bonds to a same or different carbon atoms bonding with these bonded carbon atoms, and may have a double bond partway along.
