Abstract

The present invention relates to the field of design and production processes for weft knitted fabrics, and specifically to leather and fur integrated cloth and a production process. The leather and fur integrated cloth is made by using a double-sided weft knitting machine structure, the leather and fur integrated cloth uses 222 dtex/96 F polyester filaments on the front surface and 21 SJC on the reverse side, and middle connecting yarns use 83 dtex/36 F polyester filaments. According to the present invention, a weft-knitted double-sided cloth structure is used, so that the stress on the two sides of each loop is balanced, the structure is stable, a cloth cover is smoother, the hand feeling is soft, and the air permeability and the water absorption are better; this fabric not only has various characteristics of a composite fabric, but also improves the defects that the composite fabric has hard hand feeling, is easy to degum and foam, and is not environment-friendly; the production cycle of the fabric is shortened, and the production cost is reduced.

Abstract

Disclosed are a needle-punching shell fabric with napping and a needle-punching process therefor. The needle-punching face with napping is composed of yarns of one of, or mixed-woven yarns of several of, a natural fiber, a chemical fiber and a synthetic fiber, and the needle-punching shell fabric with napping is a single-layer, double-layer or multi-layer common or jacquard fabric. Naps are punched by thick puncture needles and then nap effects and fabric evenness are corrected through fine puncture needles, ejection of fibers through forked puncture needles prior to multiple processes of wool opening and wool collection is not needed, needle punching with napping is achieved at a time, and rich and thick naps and energy cost saving are achieved.

Abstract

Provided is a dyeing and finishing method of a linen and cotton-like high-shrinkage yarn fabric, comprising the following steps: pre-treatment, pickling, dyeing and setting. A washing treatment is performed on the fabric by using pre-treatment and pickling before dyeing, so that colouring is facilitated and the chromatic difference and dyeing defects are reduced after dyeing; and the fibres of the fabric are opened and cooled and are shrunk fully during the dyeing process, a unique style of product is obtained, the feel of the fabric is more like a linen and has a cotton-like effect, the surface of the fabric presents a granular sensation, and the finished fabric is more like a woven fabric.

Abstract

Disclosed in the present invention is a dyeing and finishing method for manufacturing fabric by using a heat absorbable heating material. The method comprises the following specific steps: dyeing processing, softening, drying, raising and finished-product forming. In this way, according to the dyeing and finishing method for manufacturing fabric by using a heat absorbable heating material provided in the present invention, yarns are directly modified, a skin-core structure is selected, heat is continuously absorbed and released by means of sunlight adjustment, the heat balance of the body is implemented, the warmth retention effect is good, and the dyeing defect problem can also be well resolved; meanwhile, by means of a special wool drawing, wool cutting and fleece process as well as twice raising, the hand feeling warmth of the fabric is ensured, and the velvet feeling is strong, so that the handle of the fabric is more comfortable and softer, and the wool dropping problem of the surface of the fabric does not occur.
