Abstract
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a head for a gas cutter which, due to minimizing a pressure change occurrence caused by a pressure difference in a mixed gas passageway, is capable of maintaining preheating performance by smoothly spraying mixed gas and stably forming a flame, and which is capable of maximally inhibiting backfire occurrence caused by a mixed gas pressure difference within the head. In addition, the purpose of the present invention is to provide a head for a gas cutter which allows even an unskilled person to very promptly and conveniently combine a head frame and a tip, which constitute the head, in such a manner that an injecting flow path provided to the head frame and the mixed gas passageway provided to the tip are in communication with each other, simultaneously allowing the laminar flow movement of preheated oxygen and fuel gas by efficiently configuring the injecting flow path of an injecting part, which is capable of preventing backfire by minimizing the pressure difference within the mixed gas passageway after the preheated oxygen and the fuel gas are mixed, and which is capable of extending the life span by minimizing the heating of the head as well as being capable of increasing heat efficiency by improving the mixing ratio of the mixed gas, without allowing the flame to reach the head even if a backfire occurs.

Abstract
The present invention relates to a backfire preventing gas cutting machine for cutting a workpiece by heating the workpiece using a preheating flame and injecting cutting oxygen. The present invention relates to the gas cutting machine, comprising: a valve bundle in which oxygen in a gaseous condition and fuel gas separately flow; and a nozzle bundle which is coupled with the valve bundle and in which fuel intakes are formed, wherein the nozzle bundle comprises: a tip having the fuel intakes formed at the front end thereof; and a head frame coupled with the tip. A cutting oxygen flow path for inducing the cutting oxygen introduced from the valve bundle to flow into the tip, an injecting flow path for inducing the preheated oxygen and the fuel gas introduced from the valve bundle to flow into the tip, and an injecting unit for enabling the laminar flow of the fuel gas through the injecting flow path by increasing a flow rate of the preheated oxygen introduced into the injecting flow path are formed onn the inside of the head frame. A cutting oxygen inlet hole connected with the cutting oxygen flow path and an injecting gas inlet hole connected with the injecting flow path are respectively formed at a rear end of the tip, and a mixing room having a broader cross sectional area than the cross sectional area of the injecting gas inlet hole is formed inside of the tip so as to generate combustible mixing gas from the preheated oxygen and the fuel gas introduced through the laminar flow from the injecting gas inlet hole.

Abstract
The present invention relates to a gas regulating valve for a torch. A gas regulating valve for a torch of the present invention has a valve frame including a gas inlet with a substantially tapered cross-section and a gas outlet, a valve pin inserted into an insertion hole formed inside the valve frame to block and open the gas inlet, a handle fastened to a tail portion of the valve pin, and a valve frame fastening block that is immovably fastened on the outside of the valve frame, is formed in a ring shape along an outer periphery of the valve pin on the top of the handle and guides, by rotations of the handle, the valve pin to translate back and forth opposite to the gas inlet, and further comprises a buffer resin part with a conical shape fixed to the top of the head of the valve pin, wherein the buffer resin part has a cross-section corresponding to the tapered shape of the gas inlet, making a surface contact with the tapered surface of the gas inlet. Accordingly, as the contact face between the gas inlet and the valve is protected by the resin, the life of the gas regulating valve is increased and a gas leak between the gas inlet and the valve pin can be suppressed effectively, such that large scale explosion accidents or safety-related accidents as well as environmental contamination or environmental accidents due to a gas leak can be avoided in advance.
