Abstract

A packaging container having a top side, a bottom side extending parallel to the top side, and at least one side wall extending between the top side and the bottom side. The top side can have at least one protrusion, and the opposite side extending parallel can have at least one recess, into which a protrusion of a packaging container, for example, an identically shaped packing container, can be inserted. Such a packaging container can be produced in an economical and environmentally friendly manner, for example, by having holes punched in the top side and in the bottom side, and the protrusions and recesses attached in inserts, which are inserted into the packaging container.

Abstract

The invention relates to a packaging element (419) for accommodating at least one product, consisting of a blank (401), which has the following portions connected to one another via folding lines: ● an accommodating portion (401) with at least one mount (403-407), of which the shape is adapted to the shape of a product which is to be accommodated; ● a first side-wall portion (411); ● a first ceiling-wall portion (413); ● a second side-wall portion (415); and ● a second ceiling-wall portion (417). The problem of the invention is that of rendering such packaging elements more aesthetically pleasing and capable of better stacking. This problem is solved in that the first ceiling-wall portion (413) has at least one hollow (420), and in that the second ceiling-wall portion (417) has at least one protrusion (423) with a shape and position to complement the hollow (420).

Abstract

The invention relates to a packaging container (1) having a top side (2), a bottom side (5) extending parallel to the top side, and at least one side wall (6) extending between the top side and the bottom side. The top side has at least one protrusion, and the opposite side extending parallel has at least one recess (4), into which a protrusion of an identically shaped packaging container can be inserted. The problem addressed by the invention is that of producing such a packaging container in an economical and environmentally friendly manner. This problem is solved in that holes (24) are punched in the top side (2) and in the bottom side (5) and in that the protrusions (3) and the recesses (4) are attached in inserts (22, 23), which are inserted into the packaging container (1).
