Abstract

The present invention relates to a rotary cylinder-type screw-conveyor, which comprises a screw (5) that is divided into a first and a second screw section comprising a shaft (6) and a helical blade (7) fixedly arranged thereupon; a first cylinder housing (4) arranged around the first screw section; a second cylinder housing (10) arranged around the outside of the first cylinder housing (4) at the end of the first cylinder housing (4) adjacent to the entry side of the rotary cylinder-type screw-conveyor; the end edge of the helical blade (7) on the first screw section is fixedly engaged with the inner wall of the first cylinder housing so as to form a spiral conveying space bounded by the inner wall, the outside surface of the shaft (6) and the helical blade (7); the inner wall of the second cylinder housing is separated from the end of the helical blade (7) on the second screw section; when the first cylinder housing is driven to rotate by a driving device, said housing drives the screw to rotate synchronously at the same time. Also disclosed are a bulk material suction system including the present rotary cylinder-type screw-conveyor and ship-unloading equipment including the bulk material suction system. The present cylinder-type screw-conveyor allows the drive device to not enter into contact with the bulk material, thus improving the working environment and improving the efficiency of ship-unloading equipment.

Abstract

Disclosed are a rotary cylinder type scroll pump, a sediment intake device, a sediment dredger and a dredging method. The rotary cylinder type scroll pump includes a rotatable retentive cylinder shell (3); multiple supercharging sections (6) arranged within the cylinder shell, with one of the sections arranged at the side of the pump inlet; and one conveying section (7) arranged between every two neighbouring supercharging sections, and every section being in fluid communication with the two neighbouring supercharging sections, wherein each supercharging section includes a scroll worm (8) which has a spindle (9) and a first scroll impeller (10) thereon, and the end edge of the first scroll impeller is fixedly engaged with the inner wall of the cylinder shell so as to form a spiral conveying space bounded by the inner wall, the outside surface of the spindle and the first scroll impeller; each conveying section includes a second scroll impeller (11) fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the cylinder shell, the end thereof extending toward the longitudinal axis of the cylinder shell; the cylinder shell rotates with the first scroll worm synchronously so that the conveying space volume of the spiral conveying space becomes gradually smaller.
