Abstract
An adjustable and modifiable jack plate for attaching and positioning an outboard motor to the transom of a boat. The jack plate has a lift plate to attach the outboard motor, the lift plate having cylindrical polymer bearings on each of two lateral sides, the two bearings slidingly received in bearing retainers configured as a pair of C-shaped channel members, each channel member having a unitary vertical flange. Each flange being connected to a cooperating flange of a pair of L-shaped wing brackets, the cooperating flanges forming a lap joint. A control system includes a single button on one of the L-shaped wing brackets for setting and returning the lift plate to a specific stored position.

Abstract
In embodiments, the kicker mount system comprises a deck mount unit connected to a kicker motor receiving unit, both cantilevered off of the stern end of pontoon boat deck. The deck having a horizontal deck pad and trim rail about the deck pad. The kicker mount system attaches exclusively to the deck on the deck pad and on the trim rail without any additional support structure securing the kicker mount system to the pontoon boat. The kicker motor receiving unit is vertically adjustably attached to the deck mount unit. The deck mount unit having an L-shaped pontoon deck plate with a horizontal portion that attaches to the deck top surface, and a vertical portion that attaches with a toggle bolt into the trim rail. Upright cantilevered extension plates project rearward from the L-shaped deck plate, the extension plates having a hump portion projecting upwardly above the deck plate.

Abstract
A mounting system for a front view sonar transducer. The mounting system has a mounting assembly a mounting bracket affixed to a boat and to a mounting clamp. The mounting clamp has a clamping portion configured to clamp around an outside perimeter of a support tube. The mounting system further includes a waterproof motor housing positioned above the mounting bracket, the motor housing secured to a flange on the support tube. A tubular shaft extends through the waterproof motor housing and support tube, the tubular shaft having an upper portion extending upwardly from the waterproof motor housing and a lower portion configured to receive a front view sonar transducer. The tubular shaft directionally controlled by a motor in the motor housing. A trolling motor shaft extending through the tubular shaft with a motor for directionally controlling the trolling motor in the motor housing. The mounting system further includes one or more foot pedal assemblies configured to operate one or both of the electric motors within the waterproof motor housing.

Abstract
A jack plate includes a mounting assembly having first and second spacing brackets connected by a transom plate adapted for mounting to the transom of a boat, each of the spacing brackets having inwardly facing channels at rearward sides of the spacing brackets. The jack plate further includes a motor lift including a lift plate extending between a first bearing and a second bearing, the channels adapted to conformingly receive the first and second bearings. An actuator is provided to raise and lower the lift plate relative to the transom plate. At least one spring is operably coupled between the mounting assembly and the motor lift, the spring unloading the lift plate to re-duce load on the actuator. The spring is optionally a compression gas spring.

Abstract
A jack plate for vertically raising and lowering an outboard motor mounted on a boat. The jack plate comprises a motor lift and a jack plate mounting assembly. The jack plate mounting assembly has a transom plate and a pair of spacing brackets with jack plate rails. The motor lift has a pair of bearings that are interlocked to a lift plate. The motor lift is slidably situated within the jack plate rails. Complementary geometries of the outer side edges of the lift plate and inner edges of channels in the bearings, as well as the spacing between the jack plate rails, provide a pressure fit that secures the lift plate between the bearings once the bearings are inserted into the jack plate rails.

Abstract
A jack plate for easily and effectively mounting a secondary motor to a pontoon boat. The mount comprises a horizontal supporting member affixable to a pontoon decking and a downward member rigidly and operably coupled to the horizontal supporting member and extending from the horizontal member downwardly, wherein the motor is operably coupled to the downward member. Optionally, the mount further comprises a supporting member operably coupled on a first end at an intermediate position to the downward member, wherein a second end of the supporting member is affixable to a pontoon hull extension.
