Abstract

The present invention relates to a fire evacuation room that is installed inside of a building such as an apartment and provides a space for people who could not escape to the outside in the event of a fire to safely evacuate. The present invention enables people who could not evacuate to the outside of the building in the event of a fire to safely evacuate, and in particular, can simplify the overall structure of the evacuation room through structural improvement of an air inlet pipe for introducing external air and an air outlet pipe for discharging internal air, can prevent the air inlet pipe from being damaged due to falling objects or flames by setting the position of the air inlet pipe toward the bottom of the evacuation room, and provides a new type of fire evacuation room of which an evacuation room wall has a cooling effect by means of natural exhaust flow of the internal air.

Abstract

The present invention relates to a fire evacuation room that provides a space installed indoors in a high-rise building such as an apartment block so as to provide a person who is unable to escape outside with a space in which to safely take refuge. The present invention can be installed indoors in an apartment or in a basement of a building as desired so as to enable a person unable to evacuate outside the building to safely evacuate, wherein a predetermined pressure differential can be constantly produced by suitably controlling the amount of air entering the evacuation space and the amount of air leaving the evacuation space, thereby compensating for the occurrence of leaks inside the evacuation space by damage due to falling objects and the like, and thus a fire evacuation room can be provided that completely mitigates a shortage of air for breathing. Furthermore, the present invention can provide a fire evacuation room that can improve the overall efficiency of the system for air provision by unified operation of the air supply for each fire evacuation room installed on each storey of a building by connecting the various air inlet pipes to pipes of the ventilation system of the building or to separate pipes of the blower equipment inside the building. In addition, an air forced discharge fan which is installed in the interior wall surface inside the evacuation space is linked in operation to opening and closing of a door so as to actuate the air forced discharge fan, so as to be able to forcibly discharge air inside the evacuation space when the door is open and consequently, the fire evacuation space is able to block the entry of smoke or heat to the inside from the outside. In addition, the present invention provides a fire evacuation room wherein a branch pipe is formed on one side of an air intake pipe through which air flows into the inside of the evacuation room main body, and a filter device capable of purifying toxic gas such as smoke, in addition to oxygen generation apparatus that generates oxygen, is installed on the branch pipe so as to block the entry of external toxic gas while simultaneously supplying air to the inside of the evacuation room main body for evacuees to breathe, or by operating an air storage tank by utilizing the frame space of the main body of the evacuation room, so as to implement a new system that supplies air into the inside of the evacuation room main body for evacuees to breathe, thereby completely eliminating such problems as toxic gas flowing inside the fire evacuation room and protecting the safety of evacuees to the maximum.

Abstract

The present invention relates to a fire escape installation. The installation may prevent an evacuation box from drooping due to the weight of evacuees, such that the evacuees are safely protected from flames and poisonous gases until a rescue worker arrives, in the event the evacuees are not evacuated through an emergency exit or other escape installation upon the outbreak of a fire. The fire escape installation, which has a box-shaped space protruding to the outside of a balustrade of a veranda such that evacuees can be evacuated thereto in the event of an emergency such as a fire, includes: a square evacuation box protruding space part that is defined in a side of the veranda so as to not have a balustrade; an evacuation box having a rectangular shape and including inlet or outlet doors that are disposed on the back and front surfaces thereof, respectively, the evacuation box having an air inflow hole through which air is introduced, wherein a front cross-sectional area of the evacuation box is less than that of the evacuation box protruding space part; a fixed rail fixed to the veranda; a movable rail disposed on the evacuation box so as to correspond to the fixed rail; and a plurality of rollers disposed between the fixed rail and the movable rail.

Abstract

Disclosed is a fire evacuation installation. When evacuees are not able to evacuate through an emergency exit or other means of evacuation when a fire occurs, the fire evacuation installation may safely protect the evacuees from flames and poisonous gas until rescue workers arrive. Further, the fire evacuation installation may be prevented from being damaged by exposure to rain, and the fire evacuation installation may have an elegant outer appearance and be more easily installed. In addition, the fire evacuation installation may be selectively moved between the floors of a building.
