Abstract

The present invention relates to an immersion cooling type apparatus and method for controlling a flow, the apparatus including a pump connected to a tank, in which a target to be cooled is installed and a coolant is accommodated, and configured to circulate the coolant accommodated in the tank, a first temperature sensor installed in the tank and configured to measure a temperature of the coolant, a second temperature sensor installed at the target to be cooled and configured to measure a temperature of the target to be cooled, and a processor configured to determine whether a change in the temperature of the target to be cooled is normal based on data of the target to be cooled, and in a case where the change is normal, determine whether an operation of the pump is necessary based on the temperature of the target to be cooled and the temperature of the coolant, and control a flow of the coolant using the pump. Accordingly, the target to be cooled can be effectively cooled, and unnecessary operation of the pump can be reduced to reduce waste of energy and improve efficiency.

Abstract

The present invention provides a floor air conditioning system in which air is supplied from a floor space (110) to an indoor space (100) via a plurality of discharge holes (121), formed in a floor portion (120) installed between the floor space (110) and the indoor space (100), due to a pressure difference between the floor space (110) and the indoor space (100). The floor air conditioning system comprises: an air supply unit (200) for supplying air to the floor space (110); a temperature control unit (300) for controlling, by means of a heating device or a cooling device, the temperature (T) of the air supplied to the floor space (110); a lower temperature sensor (101) installed so as to measure a lower temperature (T1) of the indoor space (100); an upper temperature sensor (102) installed so as to measure an upper temperature (T2) of the indoor space (100); and a controller that controls the air supply unit (200) and the temperature control unit (300) on the basis of the lower temperature (T1) measured by the lower temperature sensor (101) and the upper temperature (T2) measured by the upper temperature sensor (102). The controller: sets a minimum air supply amount (Qmin) and a maximum air supply amount (Qmax) of the air supply unit (200) so that the pressure difference between the floor space (110) and the indoor space (100) is within a set pressure range; sets a maximum indoor temperature (Tmax) and a minimum indoor temperature (Tmin) of the indoor space (100); increases or decreases the air supply amount (Q) of the air supply unit (200) so that the temperature of the indoor space (100) is maintained within a set temperature range between the maximum indoor temperature (Tmax) and the minimum indoor temperature (Tmin) when the lower temperature (T1) measured by the lower temperature sensor (101) or the upper temperature (T2) measured by the upper temperature sensor (102) falls outside the set temperature range; and controls the temperature control unit (300) when the temperature of the indoor space (100) falls outside the set temperature range despite the increased air supply amount (Q) being equal to or greater than the maximum air supply amount (Qmax) or the decreased air supply amount (Q) being less than or equal to the minimum air supply amount (Qmin). The temperature of the indoor space can be increased or decreased by effectively combining a method that involves increasing or decreasing the air supply amount and a method that involves controlling the temperature of the supplied air using heating and cooling devices, thus making it possible to reduce energy consumption and minimize environmental damage.

The post includes, in a lower portion, a post LM guide arranged in a second direction, and an upper portion, disposed above the post LM guide, of the post can be changed in position in the second direction through the post LM guide in accordance with the size of the modular structure in the second direction. Therefore, the clamp grips and fixes the modular structure member at the correct position so that the modular structure member is precisely horizontal or vertical, thereby enabling precise welding or joining operations, and makes it possible to easily and accurately manufacture modular structures of various sizes.

Parts corresponding to the floor, walls, ceiling, and pod are each manufactured in parallel through separate processes into assemblies, after which the assemblies are assembled into a single complete body and finishing is performed, and thus productivity can be significantly improved. In addition, when assembling the assemblies manufactured separately through the respective processes, the assemblies are assembled by securely fixing each of the assemblies at the correct location and properly aligning same horizontally or vertically using a 3D jig, and thus it is possible to manufacture a modular structure of the correct size and shape without errors.

The method for detecting a void inside a concrete composite member covered with a steel plate, according to the present invention, comprises: a first step for setting a reference temperature difference which is a criterion for determining the presence of a void, wherein the reference temperature difference is set to be, in accordance with an on-site temperature and a concrete pouring temperature, the difference in temperature between a non-void and a void inside a concrete composite member covered with a steel plate; a second step for measuring the on-site temperature and the concrete pouring temperature prior to the construction of the concrete composite member covered with the steel plate, and extracting, from the reference temperature difference set in the first step, a reference temperature difference corresponding to the measured on-site temperature and concrete pouring temperature; and a third step for, during the construction of the concrete composite member covered with the steel plate, measuring, by means of a thermal image, the steel plate surface temperature of an area where concrete is poured, and determining, to be a void, a section where the difference between the measured steel plate surface temperature and the temperature of a surrounding part thereof is equal to or greater than the reference temperature difference extracted in the second step, wherein the on-site temperature in the first and second steps is set to be the temperature of outside air at the site or the average temperature of the steel plate surface temperature measured by means of the thermal image at the site prior to pouring concrete. By means of such method, after the void is detected, the section determined to be the void is additionally compacted, and thus the void may be eliminated.

Abstract

In accordance with the present invention, an elevator core structure includes an elevator frame (120) separated from a main frame (110) and extending in a longitudinal direction of the main frame (110), and a guide frame (130) formed on an inner surface of the elevator frame (120). Here, the elevator frame (120) may be formed by stacking a plurality of frame segments (121), and a guide frame unit (131) forming the guide frame (130) may be mounted to one surface of each of the frame segments (121). The present invention exhibits an effect of early-constructing the elevator frame regardless of a construction schedule of a main frame of a building.

Abstract

The purpose is to provide a semiconductor factory grid beam structure and a method for constructing same. The semiconductor factory grid beam structure is installed inside a semiconductor factory and comprises: posts which are vertical columns erected in the longitudinal and the transverse direction at predetermined intervals; unidirectional beams cradled on and fixed to the upper portions of two adjacent posts, thereby connecting the upper portions of the posts in the transverse direction; and rectangular grid beams installed so as to fill the rectangular horizontal area formed and surrounded by the unidirectional beams. Protruding stepped portions are formed on the side surfaces of the unidirectional beams, and recessed stepped portions are formed on the side surfaces of the grid beams. The bottom surfaces of the stepped portions on the side surfaces of the grid beams are cradled on the upper surfaces of the stepped portions on the side surfaces of the respective unidirectional beams, thereby installing the grid beams. Mortar is injected into a gap between the end portions of two unidirectional beams joining at the upper portions of the posts and into a gap between the side surfaces of the unidirectional beams and side surfaces of the grid beams. Accordingly, the end portions of the unidirectional beams are bonded and fixed to each other, and the unidirectional beams and the grid beams are bonded and fixed to each other, thereby providing a means capable of completing the coupling in a much shorter time than in the case of pouring and curing concrete. In addition, the structure is large enough to endure vibrations, thus the coupling between the grid beams, the unidirectional beams, and the posts can become more robust.
