Disclosed are a tranexamic acid-peptide having a skin whitening effect and skin whitening activity with excellent thermal stability and time stability, which is capable of inducing return to healthy skin and whitening effect through skin turnover improvement, and a use thereof. Abstract

The present invention relates to an anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and immunity skin disease prevention or alleviation cosmetic composition containing, as active ingredients, a peptide derived from a chungkukjang (thick soybean paste) extract, and a natural extract or fermentation product. More specifically, the present invention relates to an anti-inflammatory and antibacterial composition containing: an inflammatory cell inhibitory peptide derived from a chungkukjang extract; and an extract or fermentation product of one or more plants selected from the group consisting of Chelidonium majus Linne, Symplocos prunifolia, Thuja orientalis, Nymphaea tetragona, phellodendron barks and Paeonia suffruticosa Andrew roots. It was ascertained that the composition containing, as active ingredients, a peptide derived from a chungkukjang extract, and a natural extract or fermentation product, of the present invention, has excellent anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects, and the composition of the present invention can be useful as an anti-inflammatory and antibacterial composition and can be useful in a cosmetic composition for preventing and alleviating immune skin diseases.

Provided is niacin-peptide which has skin whitening activity. The peptide of the present invention has skin whitening activity by inhibiting melanogenesis, that is, by inhibiting the expression of a gene related to melanogenesis (for example, TRP-1, TRP2, or MIFT). The peptide of the present invention has high stability and skin permeability. Also provided is a cosmetic composition for skin whitening which contains the niacin-peptide.
