The present invention provides a fastening unit (1) for attaching a first beam to a second beam, wherein the second beam is arranged substantially perpendicularly to the first beam, the fastening unit (1) having a first axis and a second axis, wherein the second axis is substantially perpendicular to the first axis. The fastening unit (1) comprises a connecting member (2) extending in a direction parallel to the first axis of the fastening unit (1) and having a first edge portion (3), a second edge portion (4) and a central portion (5), the connecting member (2) further comprising a coupling element (6).
The present invention provides a beam (22) for a scaffold platform, the beam (22) having a longitudinal direction y and a transverse direction x, a top portion (23) and a bottom portion (24), side walls (25) positioned between the top portion (23) and the bottom portion (24). The beam further comprises an inclined receiving surface (26) extending along the entire longitudinal extension of the beam and being arranged at the top portion (23), the receiving surface (26) having an outer edge (27) and an inner edge (28). The outer edge (27) of the receiving surface (26) is elevated in relation to the inner edge (28) of the receiving surface (26), wherein an angle β is defined between a straight line between the outer edge (27) and the inner edge (28) and a plane defined by the longitudinal direction y and the transverse direction x of the beam. The angle β is from 10 to 80°, preferably from 30 to 70°, more preferably from 40 to 60°.
An edge profile (1) for connection of a decking member (2) to a supporting frame in a demountable flooring construction is provided. Said edge profile (1) has a top end, a bottom end and two side walls between the top end and the bottom end. A first projection unit (3) extends towards the bottom end of said edge profile (1) and is positioned at one of said side walls of said edge profile (1). Said edge profile (1) further comprises at least one second projection unit (4) extending towards the bottom end of said edge profile (1) and positioned at a distance from said first projection unit (3). The first and second projection units define a substantially U-shaped cavity (5) there between.
