The cover is provided with a pivot part; shaft holes are respectively formed in and penetrate two axial ends of the pivot part; a notch is formed in the base at the position corresponding to the pivot part, and through holes are respectively formed at and penetrate the positions which are close to two sides of the notch and respectively correspond to the shaft holes; the pivot unit comprises two pivot shafts; the pivot shafts are generally solid cylinders; a cut groove is formed in each pivot shaft; each pivot shaft passes through a corresponding through hole and shaft hole; and each cut groove can provide a margin space for thermal expansion and contraction of a corresponding pivot shaft. Because the diameter of each pivot shaft hardly changes, no gap is generated between each pivot shaft and the corresponding shaft hole, so that a certain friction force can be generated between the cover when opened and the surface of each pivot shaft , and the cover can be maintained at any angle when opened without falling towards the base, thereby improving the use convenience.
