Abstract

Disclosed are a braking pad and a brake. The braking pad comprises a back plate (100), at least one group of friction elements (200), and at least one support element (400), wherein the support element is arranged between the back plate and the at least one group of friction elements in a manner of being inclinable relative to the back plate, such that the inclination of the support element can cause the inclination of the at least one group of friction elements relative to the back plate; moreover, the support element comprises a protruding portion (404), the back plate comprises a recessed portion (106), and the protruding portion of the support element can be at least partially accommodated in the recessed portion of the back plate, so as to allow the inclination of the support element relative to the back plate. Compared with the prior art, the friction elements of the braking pad can better fit the uneven friction surface of a braking disc, thereby achieving a better braking effect.

Abstract

A mark-aligning stopping control method for a rail vehicle. The method comprises: determining whether a vehicle meets a state conversion condition; if so, recording a linear velocity change amount (ΔV) of a wheelset of the vehicle within a sampling period (ΔT), and performing calculation according to the sampling period and the linear velocity change amount, so as to obtain an actual deceleration value; and determining a braking force compensation amount according to the actual deceleration value and a theoretical deceleration value. The method improves the accuracy of mark-aligning stopping of a rail vehicle, and closed-loop control of a braking system is formed.

Abstract

Disclosed in the present utility model is a remote release control system for air braking of a railway vehicle, comprising a remote release electromagnetic valve and a remote release control loop. The remote release electromagnetic valve comprises a control part, an intake valve, and an exhaust valve, wherein the control part is connected to the remote release control loop in series, the intake valve is used for connecting an upstream pressure source and a brake cylinder in a basic brake device, and the exhaust valve is communicated with an exhaust passage of the brake cylinder. The remote release control loop comprises a power supply, an operation button, a remote release relay, and a braking state relay. According to the remote release operation system of the present utility model, an operator does not need to walk to a passenger compartment to operate a cut-out cock one by one, and air braking can be completely released by means of one-click operation of a ground control center or a cab, so that time and labor are saved. A control circuit and an emergency braking loop are interlocked, the remote release function is invalid for emergency braking, and the emergency braking safety distance is not affected, thereby ensuring the operation safety.

Abstract

A deadhead return control system for a locomotive or a control car similar to a locomotive having a deadhead stop and a piston valve with the connection status of the piston valve being controlled by the status of the deadhead stop. A first end of the deadhead stop is connected to a pilot end of the piston valve, a second end of the deadhead stop is connected to the atmosphere, a third end of the deadhead stop is connected to the external main air pipe. When the deadhead stop has a closed status, the first end of the stop is connected to the second end of the stop and when the stop has an open status, the first end of the stop is connected to the third end of the stop to allow for the air from said main air pipe to flow into the piston valve.
