Abstract

The present invention relates to a dining assembly (1), especially for infants and children. The dining assembly (1) comprises a rubberlike dining mat (2) to be placed on and in sealed contact with an underlying surface by a smooth under surface of the mat (2). The mat (2) has a flexible perimeter wall (6) delimiting a bowl-like receptacle (8) thereon. The dining assembly (1) further comprises a dining plate (9) to be secured in the receptacle (8) of the mat (2). The plate (9) has a shape resulting in a sealed contact between the plate (9) and the receptacle (8) when the plate (9) is secured therein. The securing of the plate (9) in the receptacle (8) results in the creation of a negative air pressure between a bottom portion of the receptacle (8) and the underlying surface securing the mat (2) to the underlying surface. The invention also relates to uses of such a dining assembly (1).

The teat(2)comprises a stem(3)in- terconnecting a first end portion(4)and a second opposite end portion(5)of the teat(2).The shield(6)comprises an elongated through-slot(8), which slot(8)has an opening(10)at one end thereof and a width being smaller than a cross-sectional diameter of the stem(3)of the teat (2).The stem (3) is compressed when inserted in the elongated through-slot (8), with the first(4)and second(5)end portions of the teat (2) located on opposite sides of the slot(8), and by that is the section of the stem(3)closest to the shield(6)given a smaller cross-sectional diameter than the section of the stem(3)closest to the first end portion(4)of the teat (2).The invention also relates to a method for producing such a pacifier (1).

Abstract

The present invention relates to a lid (1) configured to be attached to a fluid container of a drinking bottle. The lid (1) comprises a body (5), and a spout(6)protruding from the body (5) and having a discharge opening (7) at a top portion (8) thereof. The body(5) is provided with a recess (10a-b) extending along a part of a transition (11) between the body (5) and the spout (6). The recess (10a-b) is configured to receive a portion of the lip of a user when the user drinks from the drinking bottle so as to make a spout remote elevation (14a-b) of said recess (10a-b) to bear against lip adjacent portions of the cheek of the user to thereby seal the lip portion received in said recess(10a-b)with respect to the environment. The invention also relates to a baby bottle provided with such a lid (1).
