Abstract

An eavestrough cover designed to cover the upper front wall portions of a conventional eavestrough and which has a finish to minimize streaking or staining. The eavestrough cover snaps into position on the eavestrough.

Abstract

A protective device for use with a gutter to prevent entrance of extraneous matter therein, the gutter having a rear wall, a front wall and a bottom wall which together define an open trough therebetween and wherein the gutter rear wall is designed to be located adjacent to a facia of a building, the protective device having a foraminous planar portion with first and second longitudinally extending sides, the first longitudinally extending side designed to be adjacent the gutter rear wall and having a downwardly extending U-shaped cavity, the cavity being defined by a cavity inner wall and a cavity outer wall, at least one of the cavity walls having apertures therein to permit fluid flow therethrough, and a second longitudinally extending side of the foraminous portion being designed to lie adjacent the gutter front wall.

Abstract

A device for protecting a gutter having a rear wall (14), front wall (20) and a bottom wall (18), the walls defining a trough there between, the device comprising a guard member (36) having generally planar central portion (38) with one side (40) thereof having an inverted U-shaped configuration (44, 46, 48) designed to fit over an upper marginal edge of the rear wall (14) of the gutter while at the other side, there is provided an overflow wall (52). The guard and gutter are attached directly to a supporting structure by means of screws or other mechanical fastening devices.
