Abstract

The invention relates to a device (100) for clamping parts to be assembled, comprising a nut (300), a threaded rod (220) which can be screwed into the nut (300), and a locking piece (400) cooperating with the nut (300) and the threaded rod (220), the locking piece (400) being intended to be applied between said nut (300) and one of the parts to be assembled, characterized in that the locking piece (400) comprises a continuous deformable collar (410, 710) intended to cooperate with the threaded rod (220), said collar (410, 710) being designed to have a rest position, prior to tightening the nut, with an internal diameter which is larger than the external diameter of the screw thread of the threaded rod (220), and a working position, after tightening the nut and subsequent deformation, in which its internal diameter is smaller than the external diameter of the screw thread of the threaded rod (220) such that, during the tightening operation, a notch (430) located at the internal radial periphery of the collar (410, 710) is formed by the intersection with at least one thread crest of the threaded rod (220).
