ADJUSTMENT DEVICE FOR ADJUSTING A VEHICLE BONNET BY MEANS OF EXTERNAL FORCE
The present invention relates to an adjustment device for adjusting a bonnet (1) of a vehicle by means of external force, wherein the bonnet (1) can be adjusted by means of external force via a drive unit (2, 3) between a closed position into at least one additional intermediate position in which the bonnet (1) is only partially open or lifted relative to the closed position. According to the invention, the drive unit (2, 3) is designed and provided to adjust the bonnet (1) at a first adjustment speed (ω1) into a first intermediate position and to adjust the bonnet at a second adjustment speed (ω2), which is different to the first adjustment speed, into a second intermediate position. As a result, two different possibilities for adjustment of the bonnet (1) are provided, for example, in order to adjust the bonnet on the one hand into a service position and, on the other hand, to lift the bonnet in a crash or pre-crash scenario in order to improve pedestrian protection.

The present invention relates to an adjusting device for a safety belt in a vehicle, comprising at least one belt guiding element (3) which is provided for guiding a section of the safety belt, and at least one support element (2), which is connected to the belt guiding element (3) and is at least partially extendable together with the belt guiding element (3), wherein - the belt guiding element (3) is extendable from a rest position along an extension direction (R2) in order to facilitate the catching hold of the safety belt by a vehicle occupant during belting in, and the support element (2) is flexible, however, in the extended state of the belt guiding element (3), the support element is so rigid, at least in one section transverse to the extension direction (R2), that the belt guiding element (3) is held in an extended position via the then rigid section of the support element (3).
