Abstract

The invention relates to an ejection device (1) for ejecting a paper stick (10, 10') with a round, in particular circular, cross section, in particular for ejecting a stirring means formed from a paper stick (10, 10') with a round, in particular circular or rounded, cross section for liquids and/or beverages. The ejection device (1) comprises at least one magazine, in which a plurality of paper sticks (10, 10') oriented in parallel to one another can be arranged. The ejection device (1), in particular the magazine, comprises at least one transport channel (2) for transporting the paper sticks (10, 10') stored in the magazine to an ejection element (4), wherein the transport channel (2) has a rectangular or almost rectangular cross section, wherein the paper sticks (10, 10') can be moved vertically downwards in the transport channel (2) as a result of gravity, wherein the orientation of the paper sticks (10, 10') that can be moved in the transport channel (2) is such that the longitudinal direction of the paper sticks (10, 10') is parallel to the horizontal such that the movement direction of the paper sticks (10, 10') in the transport channel (2) is perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the paper sticks (10, 10'). The paper sticks (10, 10') can be fed to the ejection element (4) via the transport channel (2) as a result of gravity. The ejection element (4) can be displaced back and forth perpendicular to the orientation of the transport channel (2) or can be pivoted back and forth about a pivot angle about a pivot axis (3) that is parallel to the orientation of the paper sticks (10, 10'). During each displacement or pivoting operation, at the start of the pivoting or displacement movement a single paper stick (10) moves from an end-side outlet opening (8) of the transport channel (2) into at least one guide groove (9) of the ejection element (4). At the end of the pivoting or displacement movement, the single paper stick (10) is ejected out of the guide groove (9). The guide groove (9) in part has a round, in particular circular or circular-segment-like, cross section, wherein the geometry of the guide groove (9), which in part is round, in particular circular or circular-segment-like, corresponds or almost corresponds to the round, in particular circular or rounded, cross section of the paper sticks (10, 10').

Abstract

The invention relates to paper processing, namely the processing of a paper web or a paper web section in order to form a paper stick. The processing is carried out in multiple process stages, including storing the paper web, stretching the paper web, controlling/regulating the guide for the lateral edge, conveying the paper web, folding the paper web, rolling, adding an additive, cutting, removing the remaining paper web, separating the paper sticks, drying the sticks, and/or post-treating the sticks.

Abstract

The invention relates to a feeding device (15) for feeding into at least one processing apparatus (2) a number of elongate, more particularly rod-shaped, paper bodies, said number corresponding to a large receptacle, in which processing apparatus each elongate, more particularly rod-shaped, paper body can be processed only if said paper body is in a defined processing position. At least one orienting apparatus (11) is provided, by means of which individual or all elongate, more particularly rod-shaped, paper bodies of the number of paper bodies corresponding to a large receptacle can be oriented in such a way that the elongate, more particularly rod-shaped, paper bodies are already in the defined processing position when said paper bodies reach or enter the processing apparatus (2). The invention also relates to a method for supplying a processing apparatus and to a paper-body distribution system.
