The invention relates to an equipment storage device, such as a drawer or a storage lift which has a frame or a body provided with at least one drawer that is rotatably mounted on the frame or body such that the position of the drawer can be modified relative to the frame or body so that the drawer can be converted from a position in which the drawer is protected from being accessed into an access position and vice versa, wherein the walls of the drawer enclose a storage surface of the drawer; dividing means are used to divide the storage surface of the drawer into multiple sub-storage surfaces which are delimited from one another; the size, geometric shape, and position of the sub-storage surface in the drawer are stored in a controller of the equipment storage means in electronic form; and in order to allow stored goods to be accessed from the drawer easily and as quickly as possible in an unobstructed manner despite an engagement monitoring device, a sensor device for the respective drawer is provided, said sensor device being provided with sensor means which contactlessly monitor an access opening of the drawer for the presence of an object, such as stored goods or a user's hand for example, on the plane of the access opening of the drawer. The sensor means are operatively connected to a controller of the equipment storage means device in order to transmit data, and information on the size, geometric shape, and position of the sub-storage surfaces in the drawer are stored in the controller of the equipment storage means in electronic form.

Abstract

The invention relates to a functional storage means, in particular a drawer cabinet (1), which comprises a carcass (2) or a frame for receiving at least one drawer (3) for storing tools, measuring equipment, workpieces and other production equipment, wherein the at least one drawer, preferably a plurality of drawers (3), can be pulled into and pulled out of the carcass (2) or frame, each drawer being provided with a drawer pull-out device for this purpose, wherein the particular drawer pull-out lock on each of the two sides of the particular drawer is provided with a guide track (14, 16) and at least one guide element guided by the guide track, wherein the particular guide track is arranged on the carcass or frame and the at least one guide element is arranged on the particular drawer, or vice versa, and is provided with an unloading device (20), by means of which an electrically conductive connection between the particular drawer and the carcass or frame can be established in order to electrically unload the drawer. The aim of the invention is to improve the properties of the unloading device in such a functional storage means, in particular a drawer cabinet. This aim is achieved, according to the invention, in that the unloading device is provided with an electrically conductive unloading roller element (20) which is not loaded with the weight of the drawer.

Abstract

The aim of the invention is to provide a capability for operational storage means, such as drawer cabinets (1) for example, wherein optically perceivable state and status information can be displayed on drawers (3) with less technical complexity than before by means of said capability. The at least one light-emitting means of the at least one drawer can be activated and deactivated by means of signals provided by the controller, and drawer display means are provided by means of which light transmitted in the direction of the drawer (3) from the light-emitting means in a contactless manner can be brought to the drawer (3) in order to be displayed.
