Abstract
According to the present invention, a front arm part that is a second member can rotate between an in-use position and a standby position on a side frame part that is a first member that is to be arranged in the vicinity of a sitting toilet or the like. A connection member of the front arm part is rotatably held on a connection bracket that is fixed to the side frame part. The rotation of the front arm part can be locked, for example, in the standby position by a swing lever that is swingably held by the connection bracket. The locking occurs as a result of a first locking part, such as a locking groove, that is formed on an outer circumferential surface of the connection member 33 being engaged by a second locking part of the swing lever.

Abstract
Supporting members, that is, a side frame portion and a front arm portion, are held in such a way as to be capable of swinging in a vertical direction about a linking portion, relative to a base member disposed in the vicinity of a sitting-type toilet, for example. A supporting arm portion of the front arm portion extends in a horizontal direction in a usage position, and is positioned on a front surface portion of the upper body of a person being assisted, who is sitting on a seat portion, to prevent the person being assisted from falling forward. A swing angle changing mechanism makes it possible to adjust a front downward angle of the supporting members, that is, the side frame portion, in particular the height of the supporting arm portion.

Abstract
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an evacuation device with satisfactory operability. This evacuation device is configured to include: a lifting table (4) driven up and down between a standby position held in an evacuation opening (2) opened on a floor (1) on the upper floor side and a lower floor surface (3); a rotatable hook member (6) that locks to a locked portion (5) arranged at the peripheral edge of the evacuation opening (2) in a locking position and holds the lifting table (4) at the standby position; a lock member (9) that locks a lock-side protrusion (7) to a hook-side protrusion (8) formed at the hook member (6) in a lock position to restrict the movement of the hook member (6) to a locking release position, and allows the lifting table (4) to descend by moving the hook member (6) to the locking release position by the weight of the lifting table (4) accompanying the movement to the lock release position; and a lock operation part (10) that rotationally operates the lock member (9).

Abstract
A handrail and a method for attaching the handrail are obtained with which it is possible to easily perform temporary assembly between a handrail rod and a bracket, with which it is possible to firmly hold an appropriate temporary assembly state, and with which operability can be improved. A base part 31 of the bracket 30 is provided with a recessed section 32 with which the end part 15 of a handrail rod 10 engages, and a bushing part 33 inserted in a metal tube 11 of the handrail rod 10 is extended from a bottom surface 35 to the recessed section 32. On the outer circumferential surface of the bushing part 33, ribs 42 that extend along the projection direction are multiply provided at prescribed intervals in the circumferential direction, and in the bracket 30, at least the bushing part 33 is formed from a synthetic resin that is softer than the metal tube 11, and a virtual outer circumferential circle V3 that passes through the apex of the ribs 42 on the bushing part 33 is made to be the same size as or larger than the inner circumference of the metal tube 11.

Abstract
A wind turbine apparatus capable of more effectively using exhaust air flow from a duct of a factory etc. The wind turbine apparatus has a bladed wheel (10) rotated by exhaust air flow from a duct, a support frame body (20) for supporting the bladed wheel, a rotation transmission means (40) for transmitting the rotation of a shaft (11) of the bladed wheel (10) to a rotating shaft of a generator (30), and the generator (30) for generating electric power by the rotation of the bladed wheel transmitted via the rotation transmission means. The shaft (11) of the bladed wheel (10) is placed substantially horizontal in the direction orthogonal to the direction of flow of the exhaust air flow. The support frame body has support frame bodies (20, 20) on both sides and supports both ends of the shaft of the bladed wheel, and the support frame bodies on both sides are adjustable in height and are also adjustable in spacing. The rotation transmission means (40) can increase the rotation speed of the bladed wheel to transmit it to the rotation shaft of the generator. The generator can be provided at each of the support frame bodies on both sides. The number of the blades of the bladed wheel is changeable, and the blades are replaceable with blades with a different shape and size. Further, the bladed wheel can be replaceable with another bladed wheel with a different shape. Flywheels and inertial rotating plates are provided on both sides of the shaft of the bladed wheel.
