Abstract

Two building materials are coupled by a plurality of couplers (10A). These couplers have a foundation member (20) placed on one building material (2), and a coupling member (21) extending from the foundation member toward the other building material and joined to the other building material by a joint. The foundation member is provided with a guide part including an outer edge part (20A, 20B) for guiding the coupling member so as to be movable in a direction having a component in the thickness direction of the one building material. At least two couplers are provided on the one building material in a direction orthogonal to the direction of interval between the two building materials and the thickness direction of the one building material. The guide parts of the foundation members of these couplers differ in the inclination direction or inclination angle with respect to the direction orthogonal to the direction of interval and the thickness direction of the one building material. Consequently, the positioning of the one building material in the thickness direction of the one building material and the coupling of the two building materials by means of a plurality of couplers can be implemented by couplers with a simple structure.

Abstract

A connecting fitting (20A) for connecting two construction materials includes a first connecting member (21) and a second connecting member (22) for connecting the construction materials, and a parallelizing means (45) having a parallelizing function of aligning the connecting members (21, 22) in a first direction and making them parallel or almost parallel to each other. The first direction is a direction perpendicular to both the direction (M) of an interval between the two construction materials and the thickness direction of one construction material. The parallelizing function of the parallelizing means (45) disappears due to a load caused to act on at least one of the connecting members (21, 22). The inclination angles of the connecting members (21, 22) with respect to the direction (M) of the interval become inclination angles (θ1, θ2) opposite to each other due to the disappearance of the parallelizing function. This makes it possible to effectively perform the work for connecting two construction materials arranged with an interval therebetween even when this interval is small, and render one construction material immobile with respect to the other construction material after the connecting work.

Abstract

A first end portion of a connecting part of a connecting member reaches a locked member arranged such that the thickness direction of one of two construction materials is an axial direction N, and a second end portion of the connecting part reaches the other one of the two construction materials. The second end portion is formed to have a torsion angle α as an inclination angle to the axial direction N. When the second end portion is coupled with the other construction material by a coupling fitting, the torsion angle α reduces or disappears, a torsion angle to the axial direction N is generated in the first end portion, the first end portion locks on the locked member, and the connecting member connects the two construction materials.

Abstract

In the present invention, a first end (26B) of a connecting part (26) of a connecting member (21) reaches a latched member (24) positioned in an axial direction N which is the thickness direction of one of two construction materials, and a second end (26A) of the connecting member 26 reaches the other of the two construction materials. The second end (26A) is formed so as to have a torsion angle α at an angle of inclination with respect to the axial direction N. If the second end (26A) is connected to the other construction material by means of a connecting fitting, the torsion angle α is reduced or eliminated, a torsion angle with respect to the axial direction N is generated at the first end (26B), the first end (26B) latches together with the latched member (24), and the connecting member (21) connects the two construction materials. As a consequence, it is possible to facilitate and improve the workability of the work of connecting two construction materials positioned with an interval therebetween, and carry out such work in a short period of time.

Abstract

A connecting fitting (20A) for connecting two construction materials is equipped with a first connecting member (21) and second connecting member (22) for connecting these construction materials, and a parallelizing means (45) which includes a parallelizing function for aligning these connecting members (21, 22) parallel or approximately parallel to one another in a first direction. The first direction is a direction that is orthogonal to both the direction (M) of the interval between two construction materials and the thickness direction of one of the construction materials. The parallelizing function of the parallelizing means (45) eliminates the load brought to bear on at least one of the connecting members (21, 22). The angles of inclination of the connecting members (21, 22) with respect to the interval direction (M) are angles of inclination (θ1, θ2) which face away from one another as a result of the elimination performed by the parallelizing function. As a result of this configuration, it is possible to perform, effectively, the work for connecting two construction materials which are positioned with an interval therebetween, even if this interval is small, and after the connection work, one of the construction materials can be rendered immobile with respect to the other construction material.

Abstract

An opening/closing body stop device for an opening/closing device is configured so that forces such as a clamping force and a scratching force are prevented from acting on a cord-like material pulled in the direction in which a brake device is activated. When a shutter curtain (1) which performs opening/closing movement comes into contact with an obstacle in the middle of the closing movement of the curtain (1), a locking wire (36), which is a cord-like member, is joined with the curtain, and as a result, tension acting on the wire activates a brake device to stop the closing movement of the curtain. A pulling device (56) for pulling the wire in the direction in which the brake device is activated at the same time as and/or after the curtain is in contact with the obstacle is provided to the curtain. The pulling device serves as: a device for causing a winding device (40) to wind up the wire, the winding device being a device for advancing the wire during the closing movement of the curtain; a device for causing a rotatable pressing member to make the rectilinear portion of the wire not rectilinear; a device for moving a rotatable guide member which guides the wire; and a device for moving the winding device.
