Abstract
The present invention relates to a production method of carpet tiles used in many areas including living spaces, workplaces and industrial areas, which enables the production of carpet tiles in the desired thickness and weight by patterning circular knitting, raschel knitting, woven fabrics consisting of polyester or polyester yarn mixture, non-woven (non-woven, waterjet, etc.) fabrics produced from polyester and polyester blended fibers by joining said fabric with PVC, polyurethane, acrylic or latex materials.

This invention is related to a process wherein the upholstery fabric used in the furniture sector; wall hanging fabric in the construction sector; or various types of fabrics employed in packaging or accessories sectors are produced in a way that different type of fibers (nylon, polyester, cotton, acrylic) in desired proportions is prepared in intermittent or infinite filaments and rendered into yarns which are woven as it is requested; and pattern flocked on its raw form; dyed in dyeing machine; and the nylon parts are dyed thereby leaving the remaining parts in their own color.

This invention is related to a manufacturing method which brings in patterns and textures on the artificial leather that is produced to be used in furniture, shoe, bag, garment and accessories sector, wherein the said manufacturing method developed by this invention is based on the transfer of the pattern and texture on the pattern ring which is coated by specially made rubber, silicone or nickel with hollow center and mounted on the core cylinder that is heated or cooled by means of water, grease, electricity or heating/cooling cylinders by means of an air bed or a system that can be turned on/off manually or automatically, onto the PU and PVC based artificial leather by applying pressure.

COLORED AND PATTERNED PRINTING TECHNIQUE APPLIED BETWEEN COATED LAYERS FORMING ARTIFICIAL LEATHER
Process for the colored and patterned printing technique applied between the coating layers forming the artificial leather developed by this invention is characterized in comprising the following phases: Phase 1- Artificial leather is manufactured by the application of patterned flexo, printing or transfer paper printing technique at the back surface of one and/or more than one layer forming the surface of the artificial leather; and then application of the same technique continuously and/or discontinuously on the remaining layers; Phase 2 - Manufacturing of the artificial leather is completed by performing the coating process with transparent (without dye) or transparent dye following the application of patterned flexo, printing or transfer paper printing on coagulated surface to be coated or the semi-finished artificial leather.

This invention is the production process for the artificial leather with the appearance and the physical properties resembling the genuine leather, said artificial leather being produced and presented to use for the very first time in the furniture, shoe, bag, clothing and accessory sector in the world, by way of coating the product with micro fibers, which has the appearance of the genuine suede, by polyurethane/polyvinylchloride, and tumbling the same in the relevant sector, and also a product manufactured according to this process. Owing to coating said product, which may also be called the micro leather, with polyurethane/polyvinylchloride, and tumbling the same, the surface texture, the side section and the back surface of the product are obtained together, with the appearance of the genuine leather.

EMBOSSING MACHINE TRANSFERRING PATTERN ON WET FLOCKED FABRIC
Present invention relates to a machine which directly transfers pattern on wet, colour or natural-colour flocked fabric base before drying fabric flocked in colour or natural-colour flocked fabric production line, which is used in various sectors, and a process involving the said machine. This invention is related with the process of providing direct pattern transfer onto wet base with flock before drying the fabric flocked at the flocked base production line in the furnace in terms of furniture stuff used in furniture sector, fabrics in clothing sector and products in sectors of curtain, packaging or wallboard and the fabrics and products with pattern manufactured according to this process. The cold and wet embossing process developed with this invention is characterized as the following stages and application of the procedure stages immediately after flat flocking procedure as sequential ' providing pattern transfer by passing the fabric going out wetly from flocking unit through with cylinder with pattern and flat cylinder at directly cold embossing unit, ' drying flocked wet fabric on which pattern has been embossed, ' single color or multi-color emboss and painting for the fabric flocked.
