Abstract
The present invention relates to a pre-applied polymer waterproofing sheet and a preparation method therefor. The pre-applied polymer waterproofing sheet comprises a base material layer, an adhesive layer and a protective coating which are sequentially stacked, raw materials of the protective coating comprising an acrylic resin emulsion having a core-shell structure, wherein the glass transition temperature of a shell polymer of an acrylic resin is greater than the glass transition temperature of a core polymer, and the theoretical glass transition temperature of the resin used by the acrylic resin in which all monomers are polymerized into an irregular copolymer is designed to be 0-20°C. Research finds that the acrylic resin having the core-shell structure using different glass transition temperatures is used as a film forming material of the protective coating of the pre-applied polymer waterproofing sheet, so that the protective coating is not easy to crack after the pre-applied polymer waterproofing sheet is rolled. Moreover, using at high temperature or immediately rolling after the sheet is produced can avoid the problem that the sheet is difficult to unroll due to adhesion between the protective coating and the base material layer on the back surface.

Abstract
The present invention relates to a hot melt adhesive film for bonding a metal and PVC, and a preparation method therefor. The hot melt adhesive film comprises a first adhesive layer for bonding with PVC, a second adhesive layer for bonding with a metal, and a transition adhesive layer disposed between the first adhesive layer and the second adhesive layer, wherein the raw material formula of the first adhesive layer comprises a polyethylene-acrylate-maleic anhydride terpolymer and a maleic anhydride grafted C5/C9 copolymer resin. In the present invention, the maleic anhydride grafted C5/C9 copolymer resin with a high grafting rate is introduced into the first adhesive layer, such that the peel strength between the first adhesive layer and PVC is improved; moreover, the maleic anhydride grafted C5/C9 copolymer resin and the polyethylene-acrylate-maleic anhydride terpolymer have a good synergistic effect, such that the first adhesive layer forms a firm barrier, which prevents a plasticizer in PVC from migrating to the first adhesive layer and greatly improves the plasticizer resisting effect of the hot melt adhesive film. After long-term use, the peel strength of a composite plate of a metal and PVC bonded by the hot melt adhesive film is basically not attenuated.

Abstract
The present invention relates to a construction method for a waterproof photovoltaic integrated roof, comprising the following steps: mounting a prefabricated concrete roof laminated plate to form a base layer containing a rib plate in the circumferential direction; mounting a photovoltaic support on the base layer; spraying a polyurethane foam material on the base layer, foaming and forming to form a thermal insulation layer; laying a reinforcing mesh on the thermal insulation layer; pouring concrete, and leveling the surface to form a leveling layer; and applying a waterproof coating on the leveling layer to form a waterproof layer. In the present invention, laminated plates are spliced to form a base layer, and the circumferential rib plate acts as as both a template and a riser. Firstly, the photovoltaic support is mounted on the base layer, and then the thermal insulation layer, the leveling layer and the waterproof layer are constructed. When a photovoltaic module is mounted, the photovoltaic module is directly mounted on the photovoltaic support, preventing damage to the waterproof layer caused by piercing; a waterproof joint is also easy to process, and the waterproof reliability is increased. In addition, the waterproof layer is exposed, so that if a leakage problem occurs later on, a thick coating repair can be directly performed without removing a roof component or structure, so that maintenance is convenient and economical.

Abstract
The present invention relates to an acrylate emulsion, a waterproof coating and a preparation method. The raw material formulation of the acrylate emulsion comprises an acidic functional monomer, a soft monomer, a crosslinking monomer, a hard monomer, a post-crosslinking agent, etc., wherein an emulsifier at least contains a reactive emulsifier, which contains a carbon-carbon double bond and a hydroxyl group; the crosslinking monomer contains a carbon-carbon double bond; and the post-crosslinking agent is a siloxane having an epoxy group. By means of the combined use of the double-bond-containing reactive emulsifier, the crosslinking monomer and the acidic functional monomer, not only can the double bond of the reactive emulsifier be linked to a polymer by means of a reaction so as to improve the mechanical stability, but the hydroxyl group can also react with a carboxyl group to form crosslinking so as to improve the crosslinking degree and the water resistance. The double-bond-containing crosslinking monomer enables cross-linking between molecular chains, such that the polymer is more compact, and the waterproof performance is further improved. Moreover, the post-crosslinking agent is added, such that after the emulsion is cured into a film, the binding force between polymer particles is higher, thereby further improving the water resistance and the mechanical strength.

Abstract
Disclosed are an asphalt-polyurethane waterproof coating for a cement base, a preparation method therefor and a use thereof. The raw materials for the waterproof coating include asphalt, a compatibility agent, a dewatering agent, a catalyst, a filler, and an end-capped polyurethane prepolymer, wherein the end-capped polyurethane prepolymer is obtained by reacting a compound of formula (I) with a polyurethane prepolymer, and the end-capped polyurethane prepolymer does not comprise a terminal isocyanate group. The waterproof coating is prepared by firstly preparing the end-capped polyurethane prepolymer, then mixing same with the remainder of the raw materials. The waterproof coating can be used in a construction operation of applying an asphalt waterproof roll to a cement base. The preparation process of the waterproof coating is safe. In use, the waterproof coating can be directly coated onto a cement base having a high water content and, upon hydrolysis, will react with the silicate in the cement, which enhances the bonding force to the wet base. The waterproof coating also has excellent bonding strength to the asphalt waterproof roll, and in particular, has fast surface drying time and hard drying time, and a moderate viscosity. Use of the waterproof coating allows the elimination of a temperature-increasing step before starting a construction operation, which facilitates on-site construction.

Abstract
Disclosed is a production method for a modified asphalt base roll, comprising the following steps: 1), preheating asphalt and warming oil respectively, mixing the asphalt and the warming oil with a modifier, transferring the mixture into a stirring kettle, and then dispersing a material by a stirring and dispersing device at a high speed; 2), enabling the dispersed material to flow by itself to a material mixing device, sequentially adding colloid powder and rock powder into the material mixing device, enabling the material to flow into a reaction kettle for further low-speed stirring and mixing, and then circulating the mixed material in the reaction kettle to the material mixing device to be fully mixed; and 3), conveying the material mixed at a low speed to a cooling kettle from the reaction kettle, keeping the temperature of the material constant by means of the cooling kettle, and then conveying the material to an extruding device or a coating device for formation by means of a sucking pump. On one hand, the invention achieves continuous and sealed production, and ensures that the workshop environment will not be polluted by smoke. On the other hand, a colloid mill is eliminated, such that the energy consumption is reduced, the environmental protection pressure is relieved, the possibility that materials stick to kettle walls can be lowered, and safety accidents can be eliminated.
