Abstract

Disclosed in one embodiment of the present invention is a method for providing a game service using a device for providing a game service, comprising the steps of: receiving, from a user terminal, identification information of a card reader connected to the user terminal; receiving, from a database, level information of the card reader, by using the identification information of the card reader; receiving, as object card information, first card information read by the card reader from the user terminal, and receiving, as first source card information, second card information; and changing attributes of the first card by using the second card information, wherein the step of changing involves changing the attributes of the first card differently according to the level information of the card reader, or differently setting the attribute change success rate of the first card.
