Abstract
A power system using relative pressure gas energy comprises: a relative pressure gas energy storage device (1) comprising a high-pressure gas storage unit (11) and a low-pressure gas storage member (12), a high-pressure gas being filled in the high-pressure gas storage member (11), a low-pressure gas being filled in the low-pressure gas storage member (12), such that the relative pressure gas energy storage device (1) has relative pressure gas energy; a relative pressure gas energy engine (2) connected to the low-pressure gas storage member (12) and the high-pressure gas storage member (11), respectively, the low-pressure gas in the low-pressure gas storage member (12) and the high-pressure gas in the high-pressure gas storage member (11) respectively flowing through the relative pressure gas energy engine (2) to drive a rotating shaft of the relative pressure gas energy engine (2) to rotate; and a power device (3) connected to the rotating shaft of the relative pressure gas energy engine (2), the power device (3) being driven by the relative pressure gas energy engine (2). The relative pressure gas energy power system uses the relative pressure gas energy as the fundamental energy source for a thermal circulation system, and converts the relative pressure gas energy into mechanical torque energy so as to drive the power device to operate, or to drive the engine to generate electric energy. Also disclosed is a relative pressure gas energy power method.

Abstract
A relative pressure gas energy production system comprises: a relative pressure gas energy storage device (1) comprising a high-pressure gas storage unit (11) and a low-pressure gas storage unit (12), a first gas being filled in the high-pressure gas storage unit (11), a second gas being filled in the low-pressure gas storage unit (12); a gas compressor (2) connected to the low-pressure gas storage unit (12) and the high-pressure gas storage unit (11), respectively, the gas compressor (2) being used to transfer the second gas in the low-pressure gas storage unit (12) to the high-pressure gas storage unit (11), a relative pressure gas energy difference being formed between the high-pressure gas storage unit (11) and the low-pressure gas storage unit (12), such that relative pressure gas energy is formed in the relative pressure gas energy storage device (1); and a power device (3) connected to a rotating shaft (21) of the gas compressor (2), the power device (3) being used to drive the rotating shaft (21) of the gas compressor (2) to rotate. The invention uses the power device (3) to collect energy from the natural environment, and converts the same into mechanical energy, thereby realizing production of relative pressure gas energy. Also disclosed is a relative pressure gas energy production method.

Abstract
A relative pressure gas energy storage device (10) comprises an inner unit (1) and an outer unit (2) sleeved onto the outside of the inner unit (1). A first gas is filled in the inner unit (1). A second gas is filled in a cavity (21) formed between the outer unit (2) and the inner unit (1). There is a pressure difference between energy of the first gas and energy of the second gas. The pressure difference is relative pressure gas energy. The relative pressure gas energy storage device (10) can store gases having two different pressure intensities, has a simple structure, is convenient for transport, and is favorable for effective energy storage and long term storage of gases. Also disclosed are an inspection method for the relative pressure gas energy storage device, a relative pressure gas energy storage system and a balance detection mechanism.
