A target filling of accommodating compartments of the tray is provided to a control device, which determines the medicament packs to be removed from storage and the sequence of the removal. For removal, a medicament pack is placed on a first transfer position of the output/input station by an operating device, transported to an output position by a first transport device as soon as the output position is free, and removed from the output position. Individual portions are removed from the medicament pack and introduced into respective accommodating compartments of the tray as indicated by an indicating device. The medicament pack is transported to a second transfer position by a second transport device.

Abstract

The present disclosure relates to a method for retrieving medication packages from a pharmacy order-picking device. In modern pharmacy order-picking devices, medication packages are stored for space optimization, which can cause a number of heavy packages to be stored on one shelf, causing the shelf to bend, which may prevent retrieval. In the method according to the disclosure, an operating device (20) is displaced in a displacement position to a predetermined shelf position, at least one medication package (30) on a shelf (11) belonging to the shelf position is moved with a gripping device (22) in the direction of a support (21) and it is then checked whether the at least one medication package (30) has moved fully onto the support (21). If the check has a negative outcome, an edge (11″, 11′″) of the shelf (11) on which the at least one medication package is stored is detected with a sensor (23) of the operating device (20) and said operating device (20) is displaced to a corresponding shelf position, the gripping device (22) having been brought into the displacement position before displacement.

Abstract

The present invention relates to a method for operating a pharmacy order-picking device. In a modern pharmacy order-picking device, smooth and automatic storage and retrieval are essential for the efficiency of the installation. Positioning deviations of a control appliance (20), for example caused by mechanical wear, jeopardize smooth operation of the installation, since a precise positioning needed for storage or retrieval is no longer achieved. The present method reduces the susceptibility of the pharmacy order-picking device to disruption. To detect a positioning deviation of the control appliance (20) in the horizonal direction, at least one desired value of at least one reference positon is made available, the control appliance (20) is brought to a position corresponding to the desired value in the horizontal direction and, when a signal characteristic of a reference position is detected, an actual value of this reference position is determined. A desired value is then compared with a corresponding actual value, or two actual values are compared with each other, and a devaition is determined. The pharmacy order-picking device comprises a series of shelves comprising a plurality of shelf compartments (15) and at least one movable operating device (20) in front of the row of shelves, wherein the operating device (20) has a gripping device as well as a sensor (23). In order to detect incorrect storage, shelf compartments (15) with potential incorrect storage of medicament packages (30, 31) are detected; the operating device (20) is moved to a prescribed shelf position if a shelf compartment (15) is detected; with the sensor (23) switched on, the operating device (20) moves across a detected shelf compartment in a horizontal direction, detects the storage depths at various X-positions using the sensor (23) and creates a virtual image of the actual situation on the basis of the detected storage depths; the image of the actual situation is then compared with a target image of the shelf compartment (15). Finally, deviations between the target image and the actual image are evaluated and if possible the incorrect storage is corrected depending on the deviations.

Abstract

In a method for triggering an action of a device (for example, outputting a medicine package) authorised by a paper document (e.g. a prescription), wherein the action requires a unique assignment of a signature to the paper document, initially at a first location at which the action is to be executed, the paper document is placed in a receptacle, an application device permanently applies a first unique identifier to the paper document (e.g. printed) and generates an electronic image of the paper document, wherein a second identifier is uniquely assigned to the first identifier, and an electronic document is generated from the electronic image and is linked to the second identifier. An image of the electronic document is then displayed to a second, remote location of a person authorised to sign (e.g. pharmacist) and the electronic document is signed by the authorised person by means of a predefined entry into an input device. The electronic document, which is linked to the second identifier and signed, is then stored in a secure memory. Once this process is complete, the authorised action is executed by the device.

Abstract

The present invention relates to a method for retrieving medication packages from a pharmacy order-picking device. In modern pharmacy order-picking devices, medication packages are stored for space optimization, which can cause a number of heavy packages to be stored on one shelf, causing the shelf to bend, which may prevent retrieval. In the method according to the invention, an operating device (20) is displaced in a displacement position to a predetermined shelf position, at least one medication package (30) on a shelf (11) belonging to the shelf position is moved with a gripping device (22) in the direction of a support (21) and it is then checked whether the at least one medication package (30) has moved fully onto the support (21). If the check has a negative outcome, an edge (11'', 11''') of the shelf (11) on which the at least one medication package is stored is detected with a sensor (23) of the operating device (20) and said operating device (20) is displaced to a corresponding shelf position, the gripping device (22) having been brought into the displacement position before displacement.
