The invention relates to an attachment module (100) forming a handle (1) intended to be fitted to an opening panel. The attachment module (100) comprises a grip element (2) comprising a grip stem (4) provided with a stem cavity (6) defined by a cavity surface. The attachment module (100) comprises an attachment device (5) accommodated inside the stem cavity (6). The attachment device (5) comprises an attachment sleeve (10) comprising a sleeve passage, a locking ring (11) comprising a square socket and a retaining ring (12). The sleeve passage and the square socket are arranged so as to receive a square (18, 75, 79). The grip stem (4) comprises an attachment portion in which the cavity surface comprises an oblong attachment section at least partially accommodating the attachment sleeve (10). The grip stem (4) comprises a locking portion comprising a stem recess capable of accommodating a bulge (32) provided on the locking ring (11). The locking portion comprises a first groove (8) capable of at least partially accommodating a tongue (35) provided on the locking ring (11).
