Abstract

A power conversion system includes an AC to DC conversion circuit, a voltage detector, a step-down chopper circuit, a power conversion device for auxiliary power sources, and a control unit. The AC to DC conversion circuit converts AC power supplied from overhead wires via a transformer into DC power. The voltage detector detects a voltage of AC power supplied from the transformer. The step-down chopper circuit steps down the voltage of DC power produced through conversion by the AC to DC conversion circuit. The power conversion device for auxiliary power sources converts the DC power stepped down by the step-down chopper circuit into power for driving loads mounted in an electric vehicle and supplies it to the loads. The control unit controls the AC to DC conversion circuit and the step-down chopper circuit such that the voltage of AC power detected by the voltage detector approaches a reference voltage.

Abstract

Provided is a collected current monitoring device. According to the present invention, a transformer current acquisition unit acquires a current value Ip for the current flowing in one portion of a plurality of transformers. A total collected current calculation unit uses formula (1) to calculate, from current value Ip, a current value Ia11 for the collected current supplied by a plurality of power collection devices. A collected current acquisition unit acquires a current value IX for the collected current supplied by the power collection devices other than one power collection device. A collected current calculation unit subtracts current value IX from current value Ia11 and thereby calculates a current value IY for the collected current supplied by the one power collection device. Formula (1): Ia11=Ip×(Ma11/Mp).

Abstract

According to an embodiment of the present invention, an electric vehicle control device is provided with: a plurality of motors that are capable of transmitting motive power to the wheels of an electric vehicle; and an inverter that supplies electric power for driving the plurality of motors. A control unit controls the inverter and, when the electric vehicle is moving under prescribed speed conditions, compares q-shaft voltage feed forward values (VqFF) and q-shaft voltage command values (Vq*) that are used for drive control of the motors and detects that a miswiring exists between the motors and the inverter when VqFF≥1.5・Vq*. The control unit can thereby detect miswirings between the plurality of motors and the inverter that are installed in an electric vehicle and that drive the wheels of the electric vehicle.

Abstract

This sensor state determination system is a sensor state monitoring system capable of accurately determining whether or not a detecting sensor used with a railroad vehicle is in an abnormal state. This system includes: a detecting sensor capable of detecting a physical value acting upon the railroad vehicle; and an electronic control device. A monitoring sensor equivalent to the detection sensor is installed at a position equivalent to the position of the detection sensor. The electronic control device is provided with a determination means (coherence calculation section, state determination section) that computes, based on a first signal detected by the detecting sensor and a second signal detected by the monitoring sensor, a coherence value indicating a correlation between the signals. The electronic control device determines that the detecting sensor is in an abnormal state if the coherence value is smaller than a preset abnormality determination value.

Abstract

Provided are a railroad vehicle that makes it possible to maintain the air tightness of a door and a plug door for a railroad vehicle. A second rail (9) is provided parallel to a first rail (2) in the longitudinal direction of a vehicle body above the leading edge side (door (8) side) of a plug rail (5). The second rail (9) supports the leading edge side of the plug rail (5). As a result, both edges of the plug rail (5) are supported by the first rail (2) and the second rail (9). Dangling of the leading edge side of the plug rail (5) is thus prevented even when the plug distance (the distance that the door (8) moves in the vehicle body width direction) is long. In this way, it is possible to block the doorway without leaving a gap using the door (8) and to maintain the air tightness of the door (8).
