A composite sheet includes a first resin layer, a metal layer and a second resin layer. The first resin layer includes a first surface, a second surface opposite to the first surface, and a plurality of first resin protrusions protruding from the second surface. The metal layer is capable of reflecting visible light and includes a third surface, a fourth surface opposite to the third surface, and a plurality of metal protrusions protruding from the fourth surface. The metal layer is fixed on the second surface through the third surface. The plurality of metal protrusions correspond to the plurality of first resin protrusions. The second resin layer includes a fifth surface, a sixth surface opposite to the fifth surface, and a plurality of second resin protrusions protruding from the sixth surface. Abstract
A method for manufacturing a leather article including a flexible leather includes steps as follows. A leather precursor is provided, wherein the leather precursor includes a polymer material. A release member, the leather precursor and a pressing member are stacked in sequence to form a stacked set, wherein at least one of the release member and the pressing member is formed with a plurality of vents. The stacked set is heated and vacuumized to allow the polymer material to form the flexible leather, such that the leather precursor forms the leather article. The leather article is separated from the release member and the pressing member.

A sheet structure is provided and includes first recycled granule portions, second recycled granule portions, an upper surface, a lower surface and a first panel portion. Disclosed herein is a method for dyeing and removing colored impurities, which includes providing a polyester fabric and an adsorption material, spraying a coloring material onto a surface of the polyester fabric to form a colored layer, subjecting the polyester fabric thus dyed to a heating treatment for the colored layer to adhere to the surface of the polyester fabric, attaching or applying the adsorption material onto the colored layer and subsequently heating and/or applying a pressure to the adsorption material so that the adsorption material is coated on the colored layer to adsorb colored impurities therefrom, and removing the adsorption material.

A method of forming three-dimensional composite comprising steps of: (a) manufacturing at least one shaping member; (b) fitting each of the at least one shaping member on each of at least one mold; (c) adhering at least one connection sheet on said each shaping member so as to form each of at least one semi-finished product; (d) fixing said each semi-finished product in a cavity; and (e) heating said each semi-finished product and vacuuming the cavity.
