Abstract
An embossing apparatus for producing a fluffy multilayer web product includes a first embossing assembly that forms a first embossed pattern on a first web product and a second embossing assembly that forms a second embossed pattern on a second web product. The first web product is humidified by a first humidifying device before being conveyed to the first web product embossing assembly, and the second web product is humidified by a second humidifying device before being conveyed to the second web product embossing assembly. The first web product that is formed with the first embossed pattern is applied with glue and then conveyed, together with the second web product that is formed with the second embossed pattern, to pass between a laminating roller and the first steel embossing roller to be then out fed along an out-feeding path.

Abstract
A fiber product folding apparatus includes a first dashed-line cutting device used to form a plurality of first dashed lines on a first fiber product. Through control of the rotational speed of the first dashed-line roller, the interval between adjacent first dashed lines is adjusted. A first severing device receives the first fiber product with the first dashed lines by a predetermined length and cuts off the first fiber product. A second dashed-line cutting device is used to form a plurality of second dashed lines on a second fiber product. Through control of the rotational speed of the second dashed-line roller, the interval between adjacent second dashed lines can be adjusted. A second severing device receives the second fiber product that includes the second dashed lines by a predetermined length and cuts off the second fiber product. Finally, the first fiber product and the second fiber product are conducted to pass between a first folding roller and a second folding roller to proceed with folding. Since the dashed line interval of the fiber products is the size or length of a single sheet of fiber product, controlling the rotational speeds of the dashed-line rollers would allow for adjustment such that folding can be performed for multiple forms.

Abstract
A paper tube making and cutting machine includes a fixed rod, a paper tape winding mechanism, an angle measurement unit, a length measurement unit, a cutter, and a drive mechanism. The paper tape winding mechanism wraps or winds at least one paper tape around the fixed rod to form a paper tube. The angle measurement unit measures an angle of the paper tape winding mechanism or the paper tape relative to the fixed rod. The length measurement unit measures a conveyed length of the paper tape. The drive mechanism determines and sets a moving speed of the cutter along the fixed rod according to the angle and the conveyed length, such that the moving speed of the cutter is corresponding to or close to a producing speed or generation rate of the paper tube formed on the fixed rod, in order to prevent the paper tube from pushing a side surface of the cutter or to prevent the cutter from pulling and stretching the paper tube to thereby improve durability of the cutter and the quality of a cut paper tube.

Abstract
A cutting mechanism for a roll fiber product comprises two clamping devices for clamping the roll fiber product, and a blade for cutting the roll fiber product. The two clamping devices are respectively connected to a push device. During the cutting process, the push devices drive the clamping devices and the roll fiber product thereon swinging so that the two clamping devices break the roll fiber products to reduce the contact area and the friction between the blade and the roll fiber products. In addition, two clamping devices are respectively connected with a push-pull device for increasing the size of the gap therebetween, so as to prevent the blade from touching the cut roll fiber products. Thus, the cutting mechanism of the present invention is able to reduce the wear rate of the blade, and improve the yield rate of the roll fiber products.

Abstract
A transport mechanism and a method for transporting objects are disclosed. The transport mechanism includes a transport unit, a vacuum belt conveyor unit, and a push-type transport unit. The vacuum belt conveyor unit receives objects from the transport unit and conveys the received objects to the push-type transport unit. The vacuum belt conveyor unit can generate a vacuum force to adhere the plurality of objects thereon. When the vacuum belt conveyor unit stops conveying the objects carried thereon, the objects adhered to the vacuum belt conveyor unit would block the objects being transported by the transport unit, and when the vacuum belt conveyor unit starts to convey the objects carried thereon to the push-type transport unit, the transport unit would immediately transport more objects to the vacuum belt conveyor unit. Thus, with the vacuum belt conveyor unit, the objects are conveyed to the push-type transport unit and the position of objects is also accurately controlled.

Disclosed is a pre-wound sheet cut-off mechanism of a thin material sheet winding device, including a first winding roller, a plurality of curved guide plates arranged at a predetermined distance below the first winding roller and distributed and spaced from each other by a predetermined distance along an axial direction of a shaft of the first winding roller, a plurality of pre-winding plates each coupled between adjacent curved guide plates, a second winding roller, and a rider roller. In a winding operation, a core is conveyed into a curved-guide-plate channel defined between the first winding roller and the curved guide plates to adhere to and pre-wind a thin material sheet that is conveyed to the first winding roller, and is thereafter transported to a winding nip to form a roll with the thin material sheet. The winding speed of the roll is reduced for preparing a next core to reach the pre-winding plates, accordingly, the thin material sheet is slacked, such that the slacked thin material sheet can be pre-wound, thereafter, the thin material sheet pre-wound continuously and the thin material sheet is gradually tensioned on the next core until the thin material sheet is torn apart.

Abstract
In a mechanism and method for bonding two paper sheets on an interfolding machine, pre-compressing mechanisms are provided on each of two folding rollers to produce compress-to-bond areas on overlapped portions of two thick or air-impermeable paper sheets transferred to the two folding rollers, so that all plies of the two paper sheets at the compress-to-bond areas are compressed to bond together. Thereby, when the interfolding machine operates at a high speed, a plurality of the locally compressed and bonded paper sheets may still be smoothly folded to form a stack of interfolded paper sheets, such as a tissue paper stack or a paper towel stack.

Abstract
A tissue paper winding and cutting machine includes a first winding roller, at least one core support plate arranged near the first winding roller to form a channel between them, and a pre-winding roller arranged near and below the first winding roller with a circumferential surface facing toward the first winding roller and protruding into the channel to form a narrowed passage in the channel. The pre-winding roller rotates about a shaft thereof in a direction opposite to a predetermined moving direction of a tissue paper to be wound around cores, and at a rotation speed slower than that of the first winding roller. With the rotation speed difference between the pre-winding roller and the first winding roller, a core moved into the channel is temporarily held at the narrowed passage, so that the tissue paper fed into the channel is wound around the core before being pulled broken.

Abstract
A tissue paper cutting mechanism having upper knife with variable spiral curve angle includes a base, a bed knife roller rotatably mounted on the base and provided on a circumferential surface with a plurality of straight bed knives radially spaced at predetermined intervals, a knife carrier mounted on the base near the bed knife roller at an axis skew angle relative to the bed knife roller, and an upper knife associated with a structural surface of the knife carrier to extend along a longitudinal axis direction of the knife carrier from an end to another opposite end thereof in a spiral direction, such that an angle contained between an axis of the upper knife and a tangential line to the circumferential surface of the bed knife roller non-linearly varies with every change of the cutting position on the upper knife.

Abstract
A log multiprocessing apparatus winds a web material around a winding core to form a log. Once the log is about to be completed, the web material is severed to form a tail of the log, and a pattern including at least one glue layer is applied on the tail of the log. The log then is decelerated and the tail is pressed on the log to form a final sealed log of web material.
