Abstract
An abrasive belt grinding center applicable to grinding and polishing of a whole profile of a blisk is provided, an X-axis feed mechanism, a Y-axis feed mechanism, a Z-axis feed mechanism, a B-axis rotation mechanism and a C-axis rotation mechanism constitute a grinding head feed mechanism, and a housing, a drum, a synchronous driven pulley, a synchronous belt, a synchronous driving pulley, and a grinding head rotation driving motor constitute a grinding head rotation mechanism. In the present application, two grinding heads are utilized to reasonably assign the machining angle and the feeding, and rough machining and fine machining can be both realized by one time of clamping, and the combination of six degrees of freedom in space is achieved by a short drive chain, and further the rigidities of a grinding head mechanism and a workpiece clamping mechanism are ensured.

Abstract
An abrasive belt grinding center applicable to grinding and polishing machining of the overall profile of a blisk. An X-axis feed mechanism, a Y-axis feed mechanism, a Z-axis feed mechanism, a B-axis rotating mechanism, and a C-axis rotating mechanism constitute a feed mechanism of each grinding head. A housing, a rotating cylinder, a driven synchronous pulley, a synchronous belt, a driving synchronous pulley, and a grinding head rotating driving motor constitute a grinding head rotating mechanism. According to the present invention, machining angles and feeding are reasonably assigned by means of two grinding heads, rough machining and finishing can be implemented simultaneously by one time of clamping, and six degrees of freedom of space can be combined by means of a short transmission chain; meanwhile, the rigidity of grinding head mechanisms and a workpiece clamping mechanism are ensured. Grinding and polishing machining of the overall profile of a blisk can be implemented by means of the combination of the double grinding heads and a robot. Contact wheels and abrasive belts of the grinding head mechanisms can cut into narrow gaps between blades of a blisk; the machining precision of a complex curved surface and the quality of the profile can be ensured, the machining efficiency can be significantly improved, and the management and production costs can be reduced.

Abstract
An abrasive belt grinding device for profile precision consistency. A support plate passes through an inner cylinder and fixed to the inner cylinder; the inner cylinder is rotatably connected with an outer cylinder support; a winding wheel and an unwinding wheel are provided side by side at the upper end of the support plate; the winding wheel and the unwinding wheel are driven by respective first servo motors; one end of an abrasive belt is wound in the groove of the winding wheel, and the other end of the abrasive belt passes by a first transition wheel, a first tension wheel, a third transition wheel, a fifth transition wheel, a seventh transition wheel, a contact wheel, an eighth transition wheel, a sixth transition wheel, a fourth transition wheel, a second tension wheel, and a second transition wheel, and is finally wound in the groove of the unwinding wheel. The present invention can switch the winding wheel and the unwinding wheel between winding and unwinding by means of forward and reverse rotating of the servo motors, so that the abrasive belt can perform grinding in a reciprocating manner. Torque control can be performed on the tension force of the abrasive belt by the motors, so that the tension force can be kept constant, the precision and surface quality of the ground workpiece can be improved, and faults, such as belt breakage, during grinding can be reduced.
