Abstract

A hair brush having a unit structure of brush bristle modules, includes a body having a first side provided with a handle and having a second side provided with a pair of fixing supports which are spread in opposite directions and which are connected with each other in a straight line, a brush bristle module unit detachably coupled along positions spaced apart at equal intervals on the fixing supports, and fixing covers which cover the brush bristle module unit and which are coupled to the fixing supports of the body. Therefore, since a simple assembling structure of the hair brush having a paddle shape is provided, ease of assembly production is provided, so that the defective rate is capable of being minimized and also high-efficiency product productivity is capable of being realized by reducing the assembling time.

Abstract

The present invention relates to a roll brush, the structure of which comprises: a cylindrical body having brush ribs radially woven by a brush rib support member, and being perforated with plurality of through-holes such that the brush rib support member is penetrated and inserted therein and the brush ribs are exposed to the outside; and mounting grooves respectively provided on a handle part side and an upper end cap for covering the upper end of the body, such that the upper and lower ends of the brush rib support member are inserted into the mounting grooves, the roll brush having a bending portion, which has T-shaped cutting grooves spaced at equal intervals in a lengthwise direction at the end portion of a lower end extension of the body and has areas, between the cutting grooves, to be bent toward the inside of the lower end of the body, having protrusions, which are formed from the outside of a cylindrical member on the upper end of the handle part such that the protrusions are inserted into and fastened to the cutting grooves of the bending portion, and having adhesives filled in the mounting grooves positioned in the inner side center of the upper end of the upper end cap and in inner side center of the cylindrical member of the handle part such that the upper and lower ends of the brush rib support member are respectively inserted, hardened, and fixed, and thus a user's hair can be prevented from becoming entangled, as is usual, when the roll brush is used, a fixed state between a cylindrical member and a body part can be firmly fixed and supported without a separate fixing means, and a sense of stability during use and a sensuous wavy hair styling effect for the user can be sufficiently expected due to the complete prevention of horizontal movements of the body part, such that product satisfaction and reliability can be improved.
