Abstract

The purpose of the present invention is to provide an artificial ground freezing method having good coolant thermal efficiency without a gas-phase coolant being released into the ground or into the air. For that purpose, the present invention has: a freeze pipe (1: casing) for freezing the ground buried in the ground and a coolant circulation pipe (2) provided on the inside of the freeze pipe (1), wherein the coolant flowing inside the coolant circulation pipe (2) is carbon dioxide; and a coolant apparatus (10) that cools and supplies the carbon dioxide to the coolant circulation pipe (2), the coolant circulation pipe (2) comprising a first coolant circulation pipe (2A) on which a plurality of micro-coolant passages (2A delta) is formed, wherein the tip portion (tip portion in the ground) of the first coolant circulation pipe (2A) is connected to a plugging member (3: bottom socket) that connects the plurality of micro-coolant passages (2A delta) of the first coolant circulation pipe (2A) to a coolant supply side and coolant return side.

Abstract

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a determining device and a determining method to determine whether an inspected jet nozzle is defective by inspecting the jet nozzle for injecting a jet stream with long ground penetrating distance at a stage before installing in a construction site where a large diameter jet grouting method is used. To achieve this purpose, with this invention, in which a nozzle to be inspected is mounted onto an outlet port, a jet stream is ejected from a jet stream generating device, and measurement data measured by a pressure sensing unit when the jet stream impacts the pressure sensing unit is processed with a controlling device (for example, a computer), a nozzle to be inspected is determined to be a non-defective product if a first ratio is no less than a first prescribed value, a second ratio is no less than a second prescribed value, and a third ratio is no less than a third prescribed value.

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a determining device and a determining method to determine whether an inspected injection nozzle is defective by inspecting the injection nozzle for injecting a jet stream with long ground penetrating distance at a stage before installing in a construction site where a large-diameter injection mixing method is used. Abstract

A grouting material characterized by comprising 3-40 mass% cement clinker, 60-97 mass% blast-furnace slag, and 0.5-3 parts by mass of plaster in terms of SO3 amount per 100 parts by mass of the sum of the cement clinker and blast-furnace slag, and by further containing 0.7-7 parts by mass of (i) a rapid-hardening calcium aluminate admixture; 0.01-0.13 parts by mass of (ii) a setting retarder; and 0.2-1.0 part by mass of (iii) a high-performance water-reducing agent per 100 parts by mass of those ultrafine particulate materials in the clinker, slag, and plaster which have a maximum particle diameter of 15 쎽m or smaller. The grouting material retains high injectability for long. After injection, the material rapidly starts to set to attain a satisfactory initial strength.
